It's been a minute since our first mission which was a success. The next day I told my mom i'd need therapy and she laughed thinking I was joking.

No, I really need therapy after that.

We've had a couple missions since then. One was a little rocky but we came out alive so I'd call that a victory.

I've spent some time with Kaylan since. Not much since were both busy but it was enough.

Everything was going well...until now.

"Where in the world we're you two last night!? You were gone until 5 in the morning!" Señora stands in our room with her arms crossed, lecturing us since we slept in late.

"We..." Shit I don't know what to say.

"Well!?"

"We were visiting...Kiara's brother?" Nikko bites his lip hoping she'd believe it.

"Kiara has a brother?" She sounds like she doesn't believe a word his just said. I nod excessively and the raises her eyebrow. "In Spain?"

"Yeah I thought he was back at home but I saw him at the Flamenco show we went to a couple days ago and he's been pretty busy so we met him last night since he was free then." I ramble.

I just made up that entire story.

"And Nikko went too because?"

"Because she shouldn't be out so late alone. Remember the carnival night?" Nikko shakes his head as if he still can't believe that happened.

"Yeah well we've got something planned as a class today chicos!" She claps her hands to get us out of bed.

"Can we stay in? I know we shouldn't have been out but I just wanted to see my brother and Nikko didn't want me going alone so he joined me, and now we're both tired and we don't want to make the entire class late." I plead.

"Fine. But you two are on strict punishment. You are not to leave this room! I'm setting up my camera outside your door so I will see if one of you leaves. Ahora, go back to sleep since you're both "so tired." Consider yourselves, grounded." She turns and walks out of the room and I let our a breath I didn't know I was holding in.

"Ugh thank god that worked!" I lay back on my pillows.

"All because of me. I'm clearly her favorite." Nikko gets back out of his bed and lays on mine.

"No your not, you're the damn class clown." I flick his forehead as he lays his head on my stomach scrolling through his phone.

"Whatever. Wait- how are we going to get food?" He shouts and stares up at the ceiling.

"I'll call someone?"

"Who Kei?"

"Malia?"

"Our entire class is out for the day and we're locked in here."
