His Sweet Touch

Adrian's pov
Last night was just extroadinary, when I woke up I was already wiped down which is a bit embarrassing if you think about it and I also immediately got an appology from Val, he said "I'm sorry for not being careful yesterday kitten but you know that we both enjoyed the sex yesterday" I honestly couldn't stay mad at him, because I really did enjoy it just as much as he did.

We went downstairs and had breakfast with aunt Sarah. It was hard for me to look her in the eyes but Val wasn't bothered at all and just talked with her and joked around with her.

We stayed a bit longer with aunt Sarah then said our goodbyes and left in the afternoon. Aunt Sarah made some food and some of her homemade snacks for us to take home.

The car ride home was uncomfortable, my back ached, my ass was sore and I was in need of some sleep. I rubbed my eyes and yawned multiple times but I didn't want to fall asleep and leave Val all alone.

"Are you sleepy?" Val asked while caressing me cheek.

"Hmmm yes, but it's alright"

"Just sleep, I'll wake you up when we get there"

"Hmmm ok"
I closed my eyes and dozed off.

Ring.....ring.....ring

A phone rang waking me up from my sleep, I looked around and saw that the car was parked to the side and Val wasn't here. I picked the phone up, thinking that it was mine.

U: Hey baby. Why didn't you call me? I missed you

I was shocked to hear someone talk to me like that, no one that I know talks like that, at least not to me....maybe Josh but this didn't sound like Josh. I looked at the phone to see who called and saw that it was Val's phone that I picked up, I didn't think too much of it because it was an unknown caller and tried to end the call as fast as I could.

A: I'm sorry but I think you got the wrong number.
U: (Chuckle) ooh so it's you
A: excuse me
U: Don't worry I'll call him later
(Ends call)

What the hell was that.
Does he know Val?
Val wouldn't do anything, right?
I really tried to push my negative thoughts aside and not overthink but I couldn't help but feel anxious, I mean everything in this world comes to an end maybe it would be ours soon.

I saw Val walking towards the car and I decided to act normal and see how he reacts I wasn't gonna jump to conclusions and overreact, I'll just stay calm and act like an adult.

"Hey kitten, did you sleep well"

I forced myself to smile and answerd him.
"Yes, I did"

"I just went to buy some things for you to eat" He handed me the bag and there were all kinds of things to eat, he also got me some warm cocoa with whipped cream. I really appreciated what he did but I still felt a little down.

"Thank you, you got a call"

"Really? That's fine I'll check it la-"

"I thought it was my phone so I accidentally picked up" I said cutting him off.

"Who called?"

"I don't know it was an unknown caller"
Val's face immediately changed, sigh....that was not the reaction I was hoping for.

"Really, what did they say"

"Oh it must have been a wrong number, they just ended the call"

Val stopped asking questions and drove me home, I got into my appartment and went straight to the bathroom and when I got out it was already dark.

I made myself a drink and sat on the couch to watch a series. I could't focus on the tv because the call was still lingering inside my head, I wanted to talk to Josh but I couldn't always rely on him, I had to solve it on my own.

And I honestly don't think that Val did something wrong or would do something wrong, I do think the person on the other end of the call called the wrong number but something just didn't seem right. Val wouldn't react like that to a call if it was nothing.

Maybe I'm just overthinking right now, I always have a negative mindset and think that nothing good can last forever but I wont doubt Val, well I'm gonna try not to. I hope I'm not wrong for trusting him. Sigh...everything is going to be fine.

~A week later~

Like I said everything was fine, Val was still the same and things couldn't have gone any better.

Emily called Val and told him to meet her at the cafe. It was a bit weird that she called out of the blue and asked to meet but if you get to know her you'll just realize that that's just how she is. Val told me that it was about his mother and he also asked me if I wanted to meet his mother on her birthday, I wasn't really sure if it was right for me to go but what could go wrong. It was just a little family meeting.

Val took me with him to meet his sister and when we got to the cafe we were greeted by a smiling little boy, full of energy.

"Hi uncle Vally" Jonathan said waving at his uncle, Jonathan then jumped on me and gave me the tightest hug. "Uncle A I missed you" I looked over at Val and he also looked at me with a slightly jealous look on his face. He must be jealous since Jonathan hugged me instead of him.

"I missed you too, look at you, you're so big now" Jonathan gave me a big smile while he hugged me even tighter.

"Ok come on bud, you don't get to hug him that long"
Seriously that's what's bothering him?

I moved Jonathan away from him and held his hands to go inside. I looked at Val who was standing there with a hurt expression on his face and just went inside. He sees me all the time, he can share me for a little while.

I saw Emily at the table and walked towards her. Val was behind me and we sat down. We talked for a while and orderd some dessert and drinks.

"Ok as you know, it's mum's birthday in a few weeks and Val you're gonna need to help me with planning her little party"

Emily explained what she had in mind and in the morning I would meet his mother and we would have breakfast. She already knows about me but that would be the day that we officially meet. After having breakfast Emily would take her mom on a spa day and would leave the party to Val to handle, all he had to do was make sure that the people they hired did a good job and that everything was how it was supposed to be, it seemed easy enough.

We chatted for a bit until it was time to leave, said goodbye to Emily and Jonathan and headed home.
