A Riddle Returns

It had been a normal few weeks at Hogwarts, nobody had gotten injured and everything was just normal. But Ebony thought it was a little strange how ordinary everything and one was being. Ebony hadn't spoken to Ginny in a few weeks, so she had went to see her at break. The reason they hadn't been as close was mainly to do with the fact that Draco and Ebony were getting closer. Ginny had always told Ebony Draco was like a walking black cat. But Ebony never really listened to her about it until that night. Ginny helped her through it and when Ginny had discovered that they were okay again she had gotten a little mad.

Ebony went over to see Ginny and apologise to her. Ginny looked happy when she walked over until she saw Draco stood around the corner. "Ginny how have you been." Ebony said going in to hug her, Ginny looked at Draco with the look of death in her eyes. Ebony held the hug for a few minutes, and when she pulled away Ginny's huge smile that was there before was gone. "Is everything ok" Ginny looked Ebony in the eyes and said, "why is he here." Ebony thought that she was going loopy or something because nobody was there, well nobody that she could see. "Who's here Ginny."
"That's boy you think is good."
"Draco, why would Draco be here."
"This is some weird set up use two have going on."
Ebony still had her hands on Ginny's shoulders, Ebony didn't have a single clue what was going on. "Ginny, I'm baffled. Nobody is here." Ebony looked into Ginny's eyes, a white puddle was taking over them. Ginny didn't move or speak, she stood still like  she was frozen. She started to mumble something along the lines of "get him". Ebony turned around to see if there was anyone there, and surely like Ginny said Draco was stood there, he was looking at Ebony with tears in his eyes.

"DRACO RUN NOW" Ebony ran as fast as she could to save him. Draco turned and started running, but when Ebony caught up to him around the corner he was, lying on the floor. When she looked up there it was, the basilisk. It was slithering toward him. " EhhhAyaeeh", Ebony screamed while she stumbled down towards Draco.

She knelt down besides him, she lifted his head up and she hugged him. Small tears fell down her face landing on his pale complexion. Why was this happing, why to him, to her, them were the only thoughts racing through her mind at that moment in time. She looked at his face, his eyes were open but there was no life in them. He would probably be ok but when would he get better. She was hysterical with sadness. She screamed, she didn't know what else to do. Another thought burst into her head, where was Ginny. Ginny knew how much Draco meant to Ebony. Did she do this on purpose or not, but when Ebony opened her eyes hundreds of students were gathered around her holding Draco tightly.
