You didn't know why you were awake.
But you knew it was for a very important reason.
Something was very, very wrong.
Fear held you in a chokehold, and you didn't dare to move anything except for your eyes.
You eyes struggled to make anything out inside the dark interior of your bedroom, even with the help of your glowing, blue alarm clock. As your eyes adjusted, there was still nothing you could see. It wasn't until a few, frightful seconds had passed, that something did appear in the darkness.
It was a figure. There was someone inside your room.
"S-Swap...?" You called uneasily, though every organ in your body screamed in vain for you to refrain.
The figure remained standing, but you could feel amusement radiating off of it, and something else...
Something else, with a much darker intention— directed at you.
You could feel the scream beginning to rip through your throat, but it soon was choked.
The figure had vanished suddenly. There was nobody in your room anymore.
After a minute or so, with all the courage you could muster in your weak and shaking body, you propped yourself up on the bed. Your eyes had never left the spot where it had stood.
You mentally battled with yourself. 'What should you do?' and, 'Who was that?!' and most importantly, 'How did they get inside your room?!'
Questions flew from many different directions inside your mind, but seemed to zip past the answers.
You were absolutely clueless, and you were absolutely scared.
You decided that you should tell one of the Gasters. 'But it looked like a Gaster...' you realized, and immediately became hesitant. Remembering its sillouette, it seemed to be the same height as B or Fell...
'What would he be doing inside your bedroom?' you panicked. Fell, since the day you first arrived, had been very clear of his thoughts about; namely, you would be better off left outside the house, all alone in the void — in other words: dead. Was it that large of a jump to consider that he came inside your room to kill you in your sleep?!
But the figure's presence felt different. Its sillouette was less wide than Fell, and you began to doubt your suspicion — but you didn't discard it. Whoever that was, they had bad things in store for you. If you were basing it off of height, then you couldn't confide in B or Fell, although you largely doubted that the figure was B. He was probably sleeping with Swap, and WingDings probably was either still up and working, or passed out at his desk. Stars would be sleeping, too.
His and WingDing's room, compared to everyone else, was the closest to yours. You decided that waking up Stars would be the wisest option, although you did feel immensely guilty about it.
Standing up silently, you folded your arms around your chest defensively and made your way over to your door. Unlocking it with a 'chnk!,' you looked both ways into the dark hallway, making sure there wasn't a potental murder insight, before heading to your right, where Stars and WingDings's room was.
