The atmosphere grew tense later that evening when Arthur told everyone that Percy had completely ignored them at the Ministry, while also voting against Harry during the hearing. Molly was distraught and was convinced they'd lost him forever, while Arthur was furious at his son. Their moods improved greatly the next day when Bill arrived, having relocated to London to work in Gringotts' Headquarters as opposed to the branch he'd been working for in Egypt as a curse-breaker in the tombs.
He sat with you all at dinner that evening and told you about how he'd met Fleur Delacour which delighted you, and he explained to you that she'd told him all about how you had helped her sister during the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament which made you flush. You'd almost forgotten about it since it was something so minor in your eyes, all you'd done was pull the little girl out of the water, but it clearly meant a lot more to Fleur than you'd thought.
Bill continued telling you all that Fleur had recently started working in Gringotts and they'd become quite friendly and he was helping her to improve her English.
"That's not the only thing he's helping her with..." George muttered and Bill heard him and flipped him off across the table and threw a bread roll at him, making you all burst into a fit of laughter.
Bill was a member of the Order, and now that he was based back in London he would be around a lot more which delighted Mrs Weasley, and you were also glad to get to know him better and you were thrilled with how well you got along with him, his dry and unexpectedly hilarious humour always left you in stitches.

The atmosphere in Grimmauld Place further improved upon the arrival of two letters addressed to Ron and Hermione, respectively, congratulating them on their appointment as the Gryffindor Prefects for the upcoming year.
"Prefects! How wonderful, oh Ron, you're just like your brothers! Bill, Charlie and P-" she trailed off, and thankfully the twins took that moment to crack a joke, seeing their mother's mood faltering.
"And what are we, Mum?" Fred asked, "chopped liver?" George finished and she swatted them playfully with a dishcloth and ruffled their hair fondly, her chirpy mood having returned.
Mrs Weasley was in such a good mood, in fact, that she insisted on throwing a party to celebrate the good news. Using magic, she created decorations, including streamers and lights, and a banner saying 'Congratulations Prefects!', which she made Fred and George hang up without magic.
"At least it doesn't say, 'congratulations Ron and Hermione', because then everyone would think you'd just gotten engaged or something," you said jokingly to Hermione and she flushed bright red and was suddenly very intrigued by the decorations on the table.
Later that night, the table was covered in delicious food, and Sirius had even dug out his father's old gramophone and lively tunes echoed through the entire house. You were on your second Firewhiskey of the night and the twins were each on their third, the three of you delighted to finally be able to legally drink without the help of Lee's secret stash of Godric-knows-what. You weren't drunk but you were cheerful and you laughed in delight as Fred spun you under his arm in a dance, while his parents did an adorable couple's dance in the middle of the room. Bill twirled Ginny around and the girl laughed wildly and you could see Tonks pulling a reluctant Remus up for a dance, which he eventually agreed to with a shy smile.
Fred kissed you softly in front of everyone, and in that moment you didn't care, you were just glad he was keeping it family-friendly or else you'd be a blushing puddle on the floor, though thankfully no one seemed to be paying attention to you anyway. Later on you danced with Hermione and spun each other around and giggled gleefully, and you not-so-accidentally pushed her into Ron, who automatically caught her in his arms and flushed bright red as he did so.
