After checking to make sure no one was watching, Synth decided to begin with swimming up against a current in a nearby lake. While down there, he spotted a Boomfish and soon started practicing his flip kicks on the sonic booms that the fish emitted. Later on, he started working on his drop kicks while bouncing on a sea sponge.
Suddenly, he heard what sounded like another Techno Troll's heartbeat.
Synth's Subconscious 1: Whoa my glow! Someone's coming!!!
However, when peeking out to see if the coast was clear, the Techno ambassador quickly noticed that there weren't actually any other Trolls around. He then placed a hand over his heart, with the feeling of it pounding signifying to him that the heartbeat was really just his own.
Synth's Subconscious 2: See, bros? Nothin' to worry about.
Relieved, Synth decided to swim back up to the surface and practice the "Neon Nightdaze glowy hand chop" he'd seen Laguna doing (while also "getting his kicks").
