The male rubbed his lips against the other's chin affectionately though soon noticed it no longer had any effect.

Your character however wasn't convinced..
Upon realising he could no longer control them he dropped the lovey dovey act. Instead he snickered maliciously, finally revealing his true colours.
"Oh you dummy..you always were stubborn as a mule. If you already SAW past my charade then why didn't you say so.."
With a swift punch the disturbed male knocked the other out cold...as your character drifted out of consciousness he couldn't have missed his 'lover's' cold and menacing stare.
"Did you really think I would EVER let you go?..."
