The moment she failed she sent a signal throughout the window to a black chopper "sh*t we need to get out of here!"  Tetsuo picked up the gun throwing it down to the first floor then ran towards you guys "how do you know we are still here, dad?" He carried both of you on each side running towards the mall exit "Ran came panicking and informed me...Jodie and camel are with them" he reassured Conan while reaching the exit "what's with the helicopter? don't tell me their inside!" Tetsuo looked up at the sky as he ran near the Ferris wheel "why is he not answering—!. Where are you shuichi!" You screamed into the phone as soon as he picked it up. since the whole place was on panicked mode it was hard to hear him. the alarms were set off, the mall was destroyed, screams off people and police officers running around to evacuate them

"it's good to see that your fine, I'm dealing with the helicopter" his voice sounded muffled as if he was holding something with his mouth, you suddenly heard a familiar clicking noise realizing he was getting his sniper ready "I swear with that bad habit of his one day he'll swallow a bullet. I see... I met vermouth on my way but we managed to deal with her, it seems my anticipation was completely off, she was aiming for father not me...and perhaps are you on the rooftop?" You looked up at the mall rooftop, suggesting his whereabouts as a joke, silence filled the other end of the call before hearing a low chuckle  "yes, I'm on the mall's rooftop" your face went went pale, your blood pressure rose up as you clenched your grip on the phone

"This guy! I'll die one day from him!....I see...well then, please be safe shuichi" You ended the call when both Conan and Tetsuo stared at you "you're on first name basis!/  you know akai?!" Both Conan and Tetsuo exclaimed shocked as you covered your ears in slight confusion "yes I do know him and father don't overreact its not like I'm getting married" they both looked at you not believing a single word you're saying. You completely ignored them deep in thoughts "dad, they are after you, I'll be going to shuichi so...please stay with Conan he's like a lucky charm since I met him I've never died once" Conan frowned noticing the similar remarks you're regularly mentioning "don't worry, we will be dealing with the rest, be safe, y/n" you smiled as he placed you down then stopped to look at you endearingly, he ruffled your hair as you waved at him running off

"Sir! what are you doing, we gotta evacuate everyone it's dangerous!" Tetsuo pulled out a police id, while setting Conan on the ground  I'm searching this area so you can go check the other one since I got everyone out from here" the police saluted to him before hurrying to a different area
"shuichi where are you?" You stopped at your place when you saw him aiming at the helicopter with a cigarette in his mouth, he looked over after hearing noise from your side to see you standing there trying to catch your breath, the cigarette dropped from his mouth in obvious agitation "y/n? what are you doing here, it's dangerous!" You stepped out towards him in confidence showing no sign of listing to what he will say  "and your here alone, I'm here for help" you placed both hands on your waist smiling, he realized the situation and quickly went back to focusing on the lenses, his eyes widened getting an idea of what you're going to do and tried to hurry up and focus "what help what are you gonna help
with—Bang!!" before he could speak the sound of a Minigun came shooting towards both of you "I guess by being your puff-cughh! shield cough!!" Blood dripped from your mouth as a few bullets managed to get through you from chianti

"what the fuck!! Y/n are you out of your mind!" You pushed him back to focus on his job, your face was turning pale, your clothes were a bloody mess, you held onto your waist trying to support yourself to stand up "well simply because if I die I'll return,  so stop it and please continue. Don't make my death go in vain" you could here the rain of bullets shooting  from the helicopter breaking the glass windows a few cuts grazed both of you, but you stood sternly on your foot not giving up "hang on y/n! I'll take you to the hospital once I done Bang!! " Another one went through near your chest area, you spat out blood, anyone who would look at you would probably think there was a blood bath, your eyelids felt heavy and your mind went blank, you couldn't focus anymore staggering on your footing, you panted for air even tho you knew it didn't help much "NO! hang on just a bit more" He shot the helicopter right underneath it into some wires making the engine explode
