I had always done contemporary dances to this song, feeling that it had the best feel to it. After the lyrics started playing, I lip-synced along to the music, thoroughly enjoying the moment.

And sometimes, when I get into the moment, the world melts away.

"Ugh, what a day"

Stepping out of the meeting room, we all felt the exhaustion of a day's work hit us like a truck. Our group was supposed to be going on tour within the next week, and we still had dances we needed to practice because of a stage incident.

I paused in the hallway, turning to the guys.

"Hey, I left my jacket in the practice room the other day. I'm gonna go get it," I said to them. They all just nodded in acknowledgment.

"Don't have too much fun, hehe," Namjoon joked, ruffling my nicely-done hair.

"Hey! Why is it always me that gets my hair messed up?" I gave a playful frown then a giggle. "See you guys later."

After waving goodbye to the rest of the group, I made my way to the practice rooms, passing many offices and recording rooms. I could hear some of the singers from other groups practicing, so I stayed quiet.

After reaching the end of the hall, I got to the room we last practiced in. There was music playing. Strange, I don't remember having any music on once we left. I could also hear... Wait, is that singing?

Cracking the door open just a little, I heard the song more clearly.

'Mikrokosmos... They've got taste, I'll give them that.'

Opening the crack between the door and its frame a little more, I saw Y/N, dancing and singing their way through with the music.

Every note hit. Every move was perfect. Every expression they made fit the emotions of the music. They didn't miss a single beat.

My eyes widened. This dancing was as perfect as you could get!

Reaching the second half of the rap line section, I was fully entranced by the music, not realizing I was practically belting the lyrics. Next up was Yoongi's part. I continued, reciting the words from memory.

Not a second later, I felt another presence near the door. I opened my eyes to see none other than Jungkook. I froze, shocked.

'How did I not lock the door? Did I forget? Why in the unholy hell is he here?'

My head raced, time seeming to slow, embarrassment setting in. I felt the heat rise to my face.

But he did something I didn't expect. He looked in the direction of the speaker, God knows what going through his head, before stepoing forward and extending his hand out to me. I was confused for but a moment, but my question was answered as soon as it was conjured in my head. He started to sing the bridge to the final chorus.

As he sang, I took his hand gently in mine. He, of course, took the opportunity to take me to the middle to the room, taking my waist in his soft grasp. As the bridge was coming to a close, he nodded to me, gesturing for me to continue to the chorus.

Without warning, he lifted me up, taking us into a slow but flowing spin. As we continued our duo dance, we never stopped singing.

Looking back up to him, I could see the bright bunny smile that everyone adores. After noticing me glance up, he pulled me closer, still singing the last bit of the song.

As the music faded out and ended, neither of us moved or pulled away. All that could be heard was our breaths of slight exhaustion. Suddenly, I felt a warmth on my right cheek.

"I didn't know you could sing like that... You were practically performing a ballad," Jungkook said, breaking the comfortable silence. I quickly turned my head to his left, away from his hand, and looked to the side in embarrassment.

"W-Was it okay..? I feel like I need to do better than I am right now," I retorted, only being able to glance at his face for a moment.

"Well, for what it's worth, your singing was beautiful. I never thought that you'd be one to sing, Y/N," he stated, using his left hand to tilt my chin towards his. "I found your voice to be flawless. Exactly how I find you."

My feelings were all jumbled at this point. Every thought in my head spun like a wheel. One feeling stuck, though.

This man had me wrapped around his finger.

Our eyes met, making the tingling feeling on my cheeks spread. He moved his fave only slightly closer.

"Y'know... heheh... When you first arrived at the studio, the moment you walked throught that door, you just nearly had me on my knees. Did you know that..?" He whispered, making me lightly shutter. "You were way too perfect. In an instant, you had made me fall for you. And as I got to know you, your personality had shown me even more to fall in love with, even down to the small habits you had, or even the slightly embarrassing things you tried to hide."

Jungkook slowly traced up my left arm, then to the nape of my neck, then lifted to hold my cheek.

"Would you give me the honor, and accept my love?"

All you and Jungkook could do was stare into eachothers eyes, but only for a brief moment. In one swift motion, you hugged onto him, catching his lips in yours.

This act surprised him, but he accepted the kiss. After a few seconds, you both pulled away and smiled.

"How long have you been keeping that one in?"

"Since the day I met you."

You gripped your hand in his. "Why don't we get out of here? People are probably out for the night already..." you suggested, pulling Jungkook over to the bench and grabbed your stuff. He grabbed his jacket off of the hanger, turning back to you. You gave him a lopsided smile. He couldn't resist but to give you a small kiss on the cheek, making your face flush yet again.

Chuckling, he pulled you out of the door of the now silent practice room.

'Man, and all because I left my jacket...'
