ETERNITY ; [??? x ???]

"Hey, what's the matter?" Seungcheol asked, and when I lifted my head he saw some tears in my eyes. He immediately wiped it off, "Please tell me."

I looked at Mingyu and Wonwoo before looking back at Seungcheol, "N-Nothing.." I said before fixing my posture as if nothing happened.

"S-Shall we go grab some s-snacks? I'm k-kinda hungry." I tried to change the topic and grabbed Seungcheol's hand with a smile.

Seungcheol couldn't do anything when I dragged him away from the library.

No, I'm not here because I will just gonna fix him. I'm here for a reason. A deeper reason.

Am I being quite unfair or overreacting over a past love? I know it's just a past love, but I really feel something odd.

"What do you want to have?" Seungcheol asked me as soon as we reached the cafeteria.

"Anything. Your choice." I answered. I'm still overthinking it.

Seungcheol ordered a meal for me, and now, we're sitting on a table we usually sat on. Does he also used to sit here with Soohyang?

"Hannie, tomorrow, Dad is inviting me to come over in the company to discuss some things with Mr and Mrs Cho." Seungcheol told me. I immediately lifted my head and I don't know what kind of expression did I show him. "Would you like to come with me?" He asked me!

Should I come with him? What if Soohyang is there? Come on, Jeonghan! Stop overthinking! Seungcheol here obviously knows that I'm thinking about Mr and Mrs Cho.

"Sure. I love that." I answered and then, he suddenly pats my head, "Please don't overthink it. Mr and Mrs Cho are good friends with my Dad. And their daughter, Soohyang, is a special friend." I'm quite relieved with what Seungcheol told me.

"Soohyang may be my first love, but you're my last love, Hannie." He ruffles my hair after saying that. "Next time, if something is bothering you, tell me immediately, hmm? I don't want you to fill your mind with questions." Seungcheol smiled at me and gave me a kiss on my forehead.

"I'm sorry," I uttered out. Now, I'm feeling guilty for overthinking something that Seungcheol might be over with already. "I am the one who should say sorry. I'm sorry for not telling you earlier. I was kinda hesitant because I know you'll overthink it." He slightly smiled. He really knows me too well.

"And I promise, I will never leave you."

The next day, we went to school with such a happy vibe. Especially that we're singing my solo song in the car. Seungcheol is indeed a supportive husband.

As soon as we went off the car, Seungcheol and I are quite shocked with what we saw.

"Yah, what's going on between the two of you?" It's Nagyeol and Minhyuk, laughing together with a milktea in their hands!

"Nothing, oppa!" Nagyeol immediately denied something. But in a sense, there's something going on between these two.

"Tell us honestly, are you two going out?" I asked them, both of them looked at each other with widened eyes before turning their gaze on us. "No!" They both answered at the same time. "We're not really!" They answered again at the same time.

Seungcheol crossed his arms, "I doubt that. We'll see." Seungcheol dragged me inside the campus leaving Nagyeol with Minhyuk there.

I'm glad that both Nagyeol and Minhyuk already found the love they deserve with each other. They might deny it for multiple times, but I know something is up with the both of them.
