The next day, something amazing happens. Ben asks me out! I can't believe it! It's so random too. This is how it all played out.
I was standing by my locker when he came up and told me he'd seen me around and thought I was cute. "I want to get to know you," he said sweetly. "Would you like to go out with me after school?"
"Like to? I'd love to!" I exclaimed.
He chuckled. "Great. I'll meet you at my car after last period."
"Okay. Which car is yours again?"
"It's the dark blue Mustang. License plate says Imabeast. You can't miss it."
"Alright. See you then," I said, still breathless.
