Fizzle Pop || Jinx x fem!reader

Down the quiet alley her feet shuffled along the grimy floor, the once fluffy h/c and orange tail now matted and dirtied dragging behind her. "I just, gotta find them. I just gotta find them." The 12 year old mumbled repeatedly to herself like a trance, her body weak on the verge of collapse, e/c eyes dulled and blank. 

One more step before she gave out.

The group of kids scaled the side of a building onto the roof. Vi getting to the top first, walked across the roof overlooking the scene of Piltover in from of her. Admittedly the city was really pretty, but it'd look even better if it wasn't filled with stuck up rich people. 

"Hey Powder, Y/n come take a look." Vi called over to the h/c pulling up the bluenette onto the roof. Standing next to her the two stood in awe at the scene before them, something so simple looked so amazing. "Nice getting above it all, huh?" Vi asked rhetorically. Y/n took a deep breath of the clean air, absorbing the feeling. Her fluffy tail swaying peacefully behind her.

Overhead the air rattled to the blimp that sped above them, they all glanced up at the sound as Mylo and Claggor stood beside them.

Y/n turned to Powder, "One day I'm going to take you on one." She promised the blue hair girl. "And then we'll go adventuring together." She giggily smiled grabbing ahold of Powders hand in between hers and watched as Powdes face grew slightly flustered. 

She nodded happily, "Yeah, One day we'll ride one together." 

"Yeah, sure." Mylo scoffed, "and one day I'll shoot one of them down." He said, pointing his finger guns towards the aircraft. Y/n rolled her eyes at Mylos stupidity while Vi pushed down his hand in annoyance walking away. The group followed looking around as they went.

"Vi, are, are you sure about this?" Claggor spoke up. "Look, if we get caught, we're-" 

"We're not gonna get caught." Vi reassured, jumping down to another level of the roof. "We'll be in and our before anyone notices." Y/n glanced at the flock of birds that flew by as Vi directed their attention towards the edge of the roof. "Alright, every body, follow me. Just don't look down." 

Leading the way Vi slid down the side of the roof, latching onto the roof of the balconies cover and by using the railing launched herself to the other roof with a grunt and glanced back at everyone else. Mylo cockily cracked his knuckles and began repeating Vi's actions with easy, Claggor right behind with a swiped cupcake in his mouth.

Y/n nervously chuckled for a moment and turned to the rather anxious Powder staring down below at the far fall. Y/n could pick up on Mylos pesty voice, without looking she flipped the boy off. She placed a gentle hand on Powders arm directing her attention away from the fall. "Hey, you can do this," she glanced up, "just follow after me. I'll catch you okay?" Powder nodded.

"I can do this, I'm ready." Powder confidently told herself. Y/n gracefully slid down the roof and jumped towards the patio, her hands not grabbing on tight enough causing her to almost lose her grip and slip if her tail had instinctively wrap around the railing.

 She winced slightly and readjusted, snagging a cupcake for her own and hopped to the ledge, pushing herself forward and landing on the other side. Vi helped her up as they watched Powder.

Powder slides down with a startled yelp and screams when she grasps onto the ledge. Gently placing herself onto the ledge with a smile she launches herself to the other side, instantly losing herself and almost falling off but Y/n and Vi rushed forward and grabbed onto Powders arms pulling her towards them with a stumble. "Thanks" she smiled, Mylo only scoffed as they walked past.
