Attacks: Plasma Slasher - basic slash attack with energy blade; Electronic Pulse - Charged orb of energy that is launched at his target; Neon Light Lazer - Super charged beam of energy fired form either his shield or blade at his target; Charge and Shock - He charges his blade and shield with electricity and blasts it at his target; (More will be added as I think of them)
