I got an Uber the moment I got off the phone with Vee. Fortunately, it didn't take long for the driver to get to me which I thought was strange because of the location, but I wasn't gonna complain. Whatever got me closer to seeing her.

After climbing into the back of the car, I asked the Uber driver to take me to the nearest airport and pulled my phone out to avoid any further conversation with them. That was when I remembered that I needed to ask Vee something.
