A Park full of Wonder { Peanut x Fem Reader }

These little adorable but creepy WonderChimps we're singing one of the creepiest songs I've ever heard

and to make it worse, they were repeating it constantly in sync

I stared at how they destroyed some of the park along the way and heard June ask

" Why are they de-- destroying the park? " I turned to her and replied.

" No idea June-bug but I do know one thing. We are not safe near any of those creepy WonderChimps ".

I grabbed her hand forcefully and dragged her away, we ran out of sight of those WonderChimps

we were pretty far away when we heard a loud explosion, June pulled me behind a stone bench 

and exclaimed " This isn't really... Happening. We're-- We're having a fever dream. "

June was getting pretty worried, and I was about to comfort her when suddenly two beavers 

snatched June's backpack, making June jump up and exclaim

" Hey! That's mine. Give it back! "

She ran after Cooper and Gus with me following behind, when she stopped behind a tree I stood 

behind her and looked over her head to see what was happening

and to my surprise it we're all the mascots that were a bit all over the place

June and I came out of hiding, while slowly walking up to them Boomer kept shouting about 

how he lost us and how we're probably dead

and that he could never live with himself anymore as I blurted out

" Uh, it's okay-- They didn't get us "

" —Oh, thank heavens! I couldn't have lived with my... " Suddenly, Boomer snored and fell 

asleep again.

Making June and I look at each other and frown, while June said

" Wait, Boomer never sleeps. " Suddenly Cooper and Gus came back still fighting each other while Greta told them to watch out.

I kept my gaze on Cooper and Gus for a moment while asking, " What happened to you guys? You're so... "

Suddenly, Greta stepped in, making mine and June's gaze turn to her as she explained

" I think the word you're looking for is 'pathetic.' " I looked away awkwardly and muttered.

" —I didn't say that. " Greta sighed and say.

" You didn't have to. So you got a name, (h/l) and Haircut? " June chuckled, still holding onto my arm, and explained.

" I'm June and this is my elder sister " I smiled at them and introduced myself
