=========================

Kenway is sat in the main hall with Maester Luwin to his left and Bran to his right, Kenway asked for Bran to be here to have him learn what it's like to be the Lord of Winterfell.

Kenway's mood has changed since a few weeks back as the news of his fathers beheading has really got to him.

Leadranach: My lord, may the old gods watch over your brother and all our Northern sons.

Kenway gave the man the signal to tell him what he wanted as Kenway sat in his smartest Stark rages.

Leadranach: The walls of my holdfast will not stand the winter. The stones were last mortared in the time of King Aerys, and I'm afraid the masons today are not fit to carry their fathers' hammers. When I was a boy...

Kenway sighed as this guy is about to give him his life story.

Leadranach: ... I remember seeing them put up a new tower at Torrhen's Square in a summer. Men worked back then. Today, my holdfast looks like it was built by drunk children. At night you can hear the wind howling through the gaps. Gods forbid it rains. Why, I might as well sleep beneath a waterfall.

Kenway: Forgive my insolence, but I was under the impression that maintenance of a holdfast falls to the lord of that holdfast.

Kenway responded to the man as many more northern folk line up behind the elderly man.

Leadranach: Generally, yes, but I've sent all the young men off to fight in Robb Stark's war...

Kenway: King Robb. And it's not his war. He did not choose it.

Leadranach: Maybe not, my lord, but he called in his banners and took the men.

Kenway: Joffrey killed my father, your liege lord. Do you remember your vows, ser?

Leadranach: Of course I remember!

Luwin: We can spare four masons for a week, my lord. Will that be sufficient to repair your walls?

Maester Luwin spoke up stopping what looked to be an argument starting between the local and the Black Wolf.

Leadranach: I believe it will.

Leadranach went to leave but Kenway isn't letting him leave with that, not after he spoke up against the King of the North and his father.

Kenway: Good. You can take two for a few days.

Maester Luwin looked to Kenway and whispered.

Luwin: But we can spare four masons my Lord.

Kenway: Your right. But he'll remember that the next time he allows his holdfast to get to such conditions again. Good day.

Leadranach was about to argue but the look on Kenway's face told him not to and he accepted the deal the Black Wolf gave him and left the main hall.

Kenway looked to his left and to Maester Luwin.

Kenway: I would thank you not to speak for me again.

Luwin: Forgive me my lord but we didn't want him here all day, did we?

Luwin asked with a smile.

Bran: I don't like the way he was talking about Robb.

Kenway and Maester Luwin looked to Bran as Bran was doing something on the table.
