Unlike Estelle's bustling marketplace, known for its agricultural and textile goods, Celeste distinguished itself with a lavish display of food, fashion, art, and gold—a kingdom I had come to know was renowned for its wealth.

Spread across the largest kingdom akin to Eurasia, Celeste was indeed a haven for gold.

The piazza, bathed in the soft, amber glow of the setting sun, exuded an ageless warmth. Cobblestone pathways crisscrossed the open space, each stone laid with care, whispering tales of the kingdom's past and present.

Surrounding the square, elegant buildings adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant frescoes stood proudly. Their arches and balconies framed the picturesque scene. While colorful floral stalls adorned the edges of the square, bursting with vibrant blooms that added a kaleidoscope of colors.

At the heart of the square, a majestic fountain cascaded with crystal-clear water, its soothing sound complemented by the lively tunes of a tavern band playing dance songs.

Laughter and animated conversations filled the air as locals and merchants mingled, reveling in the vibrant atmosphere.

Cafés and restaurants lined the perimeter of the piazza, their inviting outdoor seating spilling onto the cobblestones—perfect for leisurely people-watching.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee, decadent chocolates, and tempting pastries tantalized my senses, enticing visitors to indulge in the culinary delights on offer.

The occasional street performer contributed to the lively ambiance, showcasing their talents and adding to the festive spirit.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm golden hue over the golden piazza, the square seemed to come alive with a magical energy.

Excitement buzzed through the air as we made our way towards the palace. Twinkling lights adorned the buildings as they were strung across the square.

Stall owners busily prepared, repainting their stalls and some making minor fixtures and repairs.

"Is something special happening?" I asked, noticing the heightened anticipation in the air.

"Surely you must know, my Lord," Irene replied, clearly surprised by my lack of awareness. She turned to Merlin with a disapproving scowl. "Didn't you inform him?"
