You're walking the streets of Cairo, it's dark and slightly chilly. You turn and head into an alley way which you usually take on your route home,
but something's off.
You see a group of men ready to strike you,
in less than a split second, they're...
(lemon lmao)(okay maybe I want to extend this story by an extra chapter shhh)
You hear the soft crashing of waves hitting a beach's shore.
Your heart slowly pounds in your chest.
A faint ringing resonates in your ear.
Although you can't open your eyes, you know where you are.
Home.
You're home.
You don't really remember much, your memory has completed faded into oblivion.
Is this the end?

Is this your reality?

You feel someone softly move your hair from the temple of your forehead.
Your throat feels coarse and dry.
"Good morning.. Darling."
A husky voice says.
"How are you feeling? I know the process can be.. draining."
What process was he talking about?
"You must be thirsty."
You can barely open your eyes, and no words are able to spoken. But you knew exactly who he was.
He gently caresses your face, this would be comforting, but this man was no source of comfort.
You manage to murmur something even though it's barely audible,
"W-What process?"
All he does is chuckle, as if what your said was something to be mocked.
"Oh don't be silly sweetheart." He says with a smirk
"I had no other options. I hope it doesn't.. bother you too much."
Dio sticks his thumb in your mouth, gently tugging your right cheek to look at your teeth.
"It looks like your body has taken well to my blood, and your wounds show much improvement. I am so sorry (y/n).. I never wanted to hurt you. I couldn't let you leave, I couldn't let that happen, how could I? You wouldn't want me to go now would you, right? I'm the only one that will ever love you the way that I do. If you left you'd only get hurt darling. You see that, don't you?"
You wanted to scream. The manipulative effect his words had on you make you want to tear apart his body. This was no man but a monster.
You mutter,
"I rather have died than seen you, you disgustingly repulsive creature."
You see him get slightly irritated by your comment, but he kept his composure.
"It's alright, darling. You'll learn to love me again. You always do." He says with a smile.
