Jangmi stared at herself in the mirror before fixing the suffocating necktie which she was wearing. It looked pretty neat, even on messy person like her. Maybe she should try following the school's dress code before her homeroom teacher makes her suffer with endless detentions.
But the uncomfortable part was the short skirt. She wore long leggings beneath it but the tomboy wasn't still used to this change her feminine side had made. But surprisingly, it didn't look that horrible as much as she expected it to be.
Suddenly, a ring on the phone caught Jangmi's attention.
❝ Hey Mimi, I'm letting you know that I might not be able to tutor today since I'm sick. ❞ Jangmi heard her boyfriend wheeze on air with a few coughs although he pretended to be all okay.
❝ Don't worry too much about tutoring me. Just focus on your health, hmm? ❞ ,replied Jangmi from the other side of the phone with a huge smile drawing on her lips. Too bad she couldn't see him today.
Noticing how caring she sounded, the lover boy grinned from the other hand. ❝ Are you heading to school right now? ❞ She hummed with a small nod.
❝ Be safe and have a great day then. Love you. ❞ Hearing the sudden comment made Jangmi freeze where she was. Did she really hear it right? It was such a lovely remark from him to her, letting the youngster feel the specialty of the last two words.
