The boy missed him, he hadn't heard from him anymore. He wanted to know how he was and if he had returned to their village safe and sound. He felt useless, because in those two days he had felt good about the beast, he hadn't thought a single second of his father, he was blinded by his feelings that he had not given any space to his father. Was he mad at himself, that he would never want to have a child like that? One who prefers a beast to his father.

Yet Jungwon had done it and regretted it. Staying here, with the thought of the father would have been difficult, and even more difficult to try not to show him to the beast. The beast's heart started beating fast, seeing these things in the morning was surreal. With light steps he approached the boy and with a sweet smile he tried to remove the piece of ham from Jungwon's mouth.
