Tumango ang babae kaya lumakad na ako palabas, nginitian ko pa si Adrian bago ko tuluyang isara ang pinto.

When I went home, I straightly went to the shower pagkatapos ay nagpahinga na ako.

While I am laying in mg bed, I looked at the ceiling and think of what I should buy for Adrian tomorrow.

The next day, pumasok lang ako ng ospital tapos nang uwian na ay dumiretso na ulit ako kay Adrian. I decided to bought him a fruits. Wala akong ibang maisip, eh.

"Hi." malaki ang ngiti ni Adrian nang makita akong pumasok sa room niya.

I smiled and put down the fruits on the table. "Hello."

I sat on the chair beside his bed. "Musta ka na?"

He stared at me and smiled. "Okay na."

I averted my gaze and cleared my throat. "Umh. What exactly happened that day?"

Adrian sighed. "I went to Therapia Medical to check on you but Ryan saw me, kasama niya 'yung mga bodyguards niya kaya wala na akong nagawa nang isakay nila ako sa van."

I closed my eyes and sighed.

"Dinala nila ako sa isang building tapos doon na nila ako binugbog. Gusto namin silang kasuhan pero nakikipag-areglo si Governor, ayaw ni Mama pero wala naman kaming ganoong kalaking pera pangbayad sa lawyer."

"I'll pay for the lawyer."

Sunod-sunod na umiling si Adrian. "Hindi na. Kaya kong gawa ng paraan 'to."

I can't force Adrian to accept my help but I was really guilty because of what happened. Halos araw-araw ko siyang dinadalaw rito. After Gio and I's trip on Paris, hindi pa kami ulit nagkikita.

"Yes?" I asked after I picked up Gio's call. I am standing in front of Adrian's room while holding a dinner I bought for him.

(Where are you?) Gio asked.

"Hospital."

(Where?)

"Nasa ospital ako, Gio. Bakit?"

(Are you sure?)

My forehead creased. "Of course. Why? Do you need anything?"

A long silenced happened before he finally spoke. (Nothing. Take care.)

I ended the call and opened the door of Adrian's room. I smiled at him before putting the brown paper bag on the table.

"Kailan ka idi-discharge?" I asked after I put the bed tray in front of him.

"Parang ayaw ko na nga, eh."

"Why?"

"Para aalagaan mo ako."

I looked at him in disapproval. "Adrian." I said with a warning tone.

He chuckled. "Joke lang."

I went to the table to eat my dinner, sinabayan ko na lang siya. When his mother came, nagpaalam na rin ako dahil gabi na.
