Promise (Power Rangers Time Force Lucas)

Sam and Wes were still fighting, but neither of them were planning to give up anytime soon. "How you doing over there?" Wes asked.

"Struggling. You?"

"Same here."

Sam kicked a cyclobot to the floor, the hopped onto a random car as she tried to fight off the rest. She could see cyclobots preparing themselves to shoot, but a loud boom in the sky distracted. them. They all looked up and saw another time hole opening up, then came out was another ship. "What?"

"It can't be." The ship flew around the giant robot, creating a tornado and flying it into the air.

Confused, Sam turned around and saw the others running towards them. "Lucas?" She questioned. Neither of them said anything as they hopped into battle.

They all continued to bravely fight. And soon, all the cyclobots were destroyed.

Sam and Wes turned around, watching the other four slowly walked towards them. They powered down, then followed the other four. "You came back."

"You didn't think you could get rid of us that easily, did you?" Lucas asked.

"I thought we agreed to stick together." Katie scolded.

"Yeah, but-"

"Wes, you're not the only one who can choose their destiny. We all can." Jen interrupted.

"And we choose to stay and fight."

After not making a single noise, Lucas turned around and looked back at Sam. She looked down at the floor and was hugging herself. Lucas walked over, placing a hand on her shoulder. "Sam?"

Immediately, Sam pulled him into a tight hug, and letting the tears fall. "I'm sorry." She mumbled. "But, why?"

Lucas wrapped his arms around her, placing a small kiss to the top of her head. "I wanted to be with you. Till the very end."

Sam shook her head. "You're a real idiot." She mocked.

Lucas scoffed. "Don't you ever pull off a stunt like that again. And if you do, I'm breaking up with you." He jokingly threatened.

"Okay." Sam smiled. "I promise."

Lucas held her tighter. "You better."

They were ale to take control of the Q-Rex again and destroy Frax's robot. All was left to do was to find Ransik.

The drove around in their bikes for a while until they found him standing in the middle of the street. "You might as well give up."

"You're under arrest, Ransik. You've got no one left to fight for you." Jen said.

Ransik pulled a sword from his back and pointed it towards the six rangers. "I don't need anyone! I'll destroy you myself!"

The all pulled out their sabers, and began to fight. But in seconds, Ransik quickly struck down Jen, causing her to crash onto a van and unmorph.

Then, it was Sam. Sam swung her saber, but Ransik dodged. He swung at her, but she also dodged. But she wasn't prepared for him to kick her across the street, causing her to land on top of a car, then back to the cement floor.

Then next was Lucas. He was kicked to the top of the bridge, then landed on the same car se did. The he fell right next to her on the cement floor.

Lucas turned to Sam who was right next to her. "Sam?" He questioned. He held her hand and squeezed it tightly. He began to worry when he didn't get a response. "Sam?"

But Sam couldn't hear anything other than the ringing in her ears. She groaned in pain, and used her hand to cover her ears.

Lucas caressed her cheek. Sam opened her eyes and stared straight at Lucas. She stated to feel more calm. The ringing slowly began to stop, and she was finally able to hear normally. "Are you alright?" Lucas asked.

Sam nodded her head. She grabbed his hand and held it tightly. "I'm fine now." She smiled.

Lucas sat up and leaned against the car. Then he helped Sam out. But a giant explosion caused them to duck down. "Wes!" They all shouted.

Sam tried t stand up, but she quickly fell to the floor in pain. "Don't move. You're badly hurt."

"But, Wes..."

"I've waited for this for a long, long time." Ransik muttered.

"My mission is to bring you back."

Everyone turned around and watched both Jen and Ransik argue back and forth. "She's going to get herself killed." Sam muttered.

Jen looked around towards everyone. They all laid on the floor in pain. "What is she doing?" Lucas asked.

Jen turned back around to Ransik, sending him a deadly glare. "Come and get me." Then she took off.

"Jen!" Wes shouted.

Lucas stood up and helped Sam off the floor. The others stood up and walked to the couple. "We have to get to her before Ransik does." He said.

"Let's go."

They ran inside the building. It was oddly quiet. Wes want to call out to her, but he knew it wasn't safe.

Suddenly, a blast was heard from the right side. They all quickly ran over. They saw Jen hovering over Ransik and Nadira, who was holding a baby in her arms. "How could you hate something so beautiful?" Nadira asked as she looked down at the baby.

"My heart has been filled with hate for so long. And that nearly cost me the one person I truly love." Ransik said.

Nadira handed him the baby. He gently held them in his arms, rocking it back and forth. Ransik stood up, and held the baby out. Katie hesitantly took the baby from him.

"I'm ready to pay for what I've done." Ransik said as he held out his arms.

Everyone looked at him in confusion. Jen turned to Wes and he nodded his head. Jen took out the cuffs and locked them around Ransik's wrists. Ransik looked down at his daughter and smiled. She smiled back at him.
