"Well, that was unexpected." (Soraxx)

SORA'S P.O.V || 1st person

"SORA! ARE YOU GAY?!!" my mom said with rage in her voice.

I just stood there, having nothing to say. Me and Jaxx? Would that ever happen? Like I mean, we are very close friends, and I've been seeing him being flustered around me. But I don't wanna ruin my friendship with Jaxx. Wait, do I even like him? Like I mean, I've been having this weird feeling around him. Do I possibly like him?

"You know mom, me and Jaxx are just really close friends. And you know, he was only trying to get some ice cream stan away from my cheek from earlier today." I said waving my hands up and down trying to calm my mom down.

"You know I don't like gay people at all. It discust the hell out of me. And I don't want a son that dates guys." My mom said.

I don't understand why my mom dislikes them so much. I mean like, can't she just let people love whoever people wants?!

"Well Ima head to bed, mom." I said as I was leaving.

"What about dinner?" My dad asked.

"Oh yeah, ofcause. I'll be right down when dinner is ready." I said with a smile.

I went upstairs to my room, took my phone and started to text Jaxx.

Hey Jaxx! It was really fun here earlier today. Thank you for asking me :) 💙

I was about to go on my computer as I heard my phone vibrate. I ran to my bed to check and see if it was Jaxx and it luckly was.

I shut my phone off, put it on my table, walks downstairs as I heard my dad calling me for dinner. We're having rice with spinich. We don't talk for awhile and I notice my mom just staring at me for a few seconds a couple of times. My dad noticed my mom and wanted to start a convosation.

"So Sora, how was it with you and your- friend?" My dad said nervously. I think he didn't wanna make mom mad.

"Oh, uhh, we went to go and get some ice cream." I said trying not to make eye contact with my mom.

"Lovely. I'm glad you had fun." My dad said with a calm happy voice.

"Oh and, I'm going to hangout with Jaxx again tomorrow when he finished his work." I said as we went on into the convosation.

"Isn't Jaxx that guy from yesterday?" My mom said joining the convosation.

"Y-yeah. Why?" I asked my mom with a raised eyebrow.

"Oh, nothing. Just wanted to know, you know what I mean." My mom said as she calmed down.

"You know Sora, I just want the best for you. So please Sora, it's just a sin. You know men are supposed to be with women. That's how the world works. So please, just understand that you're under a phase right now, okay?" My mom said and that just absolutely discusted me. I started to get filled up with rage and anger. I tighten my fist and started to rage on my mom.

"MOM WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN BY IT'S JUST A SIN. YOU'RE THE SIN HERE, LIKE WHAT THE HELL. AND SO WHAT IF I'M GAY OR NOT. IT'S MY LIFE, IT'S MY CHOICE AND I CONTROL IT ALL!!" I yelled as I stood up and start banging on the table and my mom did aswell.

"I DON'T CARE IF IT'S YOUR LIFE OR NOT. YOU'RE MY SON AND I KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU AND THAT JAXX ISN'T SOMEONE YOU SHOULD BE WITH!" My mom yelled back.

"MOM, WILL YOU JUST SHUT UP? YOU'RE NOT ME, SO YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW JAXX. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD START HATING ON OTHER PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR LIKES AND OPINIONS. AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE MINE THEN I DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT IT!" I yelled as I took my plate and glass and ran upstairs to eat the rest of it. Ofcause I couldn't leave my dads lovely food here.

"YOU WON'T HAVE THE LAST WORD YOU IDIOTIC SON!!" I heard my mom yelled back as I started to tear up.

I placed my plate and glass on my table and started to eat the rest. I was about to go downstairs to put my plate and glass in the kicthen as I heard my mom and dad talking. I quickly went to the kitchen and quickly putted my things in the sink. I went to where my mom and dad was. I hid behind the walls by the stairs where I could perfectly hear what they were talked about.

"But please, you can't do that. Where should he stay?" I heard my dad say.

"No, I can't have a gay freak living in my house. It gives me the creeps. He's a demonic little child now AND I DON'T WANT HIM TO STAY!" I heard my mom yelling at my dad.

"It's our house, and I want him to stay until he has a place to go." My dad said trying to protect me.

"This boy.. DISCUST ME I JUST HATE HIM!" I heard my mom say as I started to tear more up. I didn't wanna hear them anymore as I knew what they were talking about.

I ran upstairs and started packing my stuff. A few minutes later I had finished packing my stuff and took it downstairs by the door. My parents weren't there anymore. I saw my dad on the sofa just staring on the floor with red eyes. I went over to my dad to comfort him.

"Dad, I'm so sorry for being such a foolish guy to the both of you." I said trying to cheer him up.

"Sora! It's not you, it's your mom. She's the problem right now. She's the one that just doesn't understand." My dad said as he putted his arm around my shoulder pulling me closer to him. I started to hug him.

"Oh and dad, I overheard you guys. And I'm ready to go." I said as I started to tear up a little. My dad did aswell and started to hug me back tightly.

"If that's what you really wanna do, then ofcause. I won't stop you." My dad said as he letted go of the hug.

"That's something I would rather not do, but I have to. Besides I'm over age and should live by myself. Oh and I have somewhere to go. And I promise you to update you guys." I said as I started to stand up.

"Ima go up to bed now dad, goodnight. Love you!" I said as I started to go to my room.

"Goodnight Sora!" My dad said as his voice cheered up a little.

I took my phone, turned it on and started to text Jaxx. I'm pretty sure he went to sleep but Ima text him so he can see it in the morning.

Sorry for texting so late but my mom wants me out of the house. Can I stay at yout place?💙

I then went to bed as the time was late. I had a bit trouble of sleeping but I felt asleep eventually.
