When I First Found You (Ripto x Reader)

Deep within the world of Glimmer, a trio of a faun, a leopard, and a mole, along with a fairy, was trying to find a way to get a dragon through a portal that was locating one. All seemed calm, until the Professor, that's the mole in the lab coat, found what seemed to be a dragon, hence the two green orbs spinning in front of them. The portal opens, and out came a humanoid creature that plummets to the ground.

It was Y/N. They found themselves here by accident. And in a whole new world too. After taking impact to the ground, they got up from it and held their head. "Ugh gees..." She said. "What was that...?" As she spoke, she turned her gaze towards the group, who stared at her in awe and in confusion.

"Uh... hey?" She said. The faun stepped forward and examines her, as if she's fascinated by what She s looking at.
"Incredible..." the faun said.
"What? You never seen a human before?" Y/N asked as she looked at the faun with a confused expression.

"A human?" The leopard spoke out. "I thought we were going to get a dragon."
"Oh dear," the mole in the lab coat said. "I must've put in the wrong coordinates. My apologies, young lady."
Y/N's brow rose. "Where am I? And who are you people?"

Before anyone could speak, a ball of fire blasts the portal device into pieces, causing everyone to jump out of the way when it happened. Y/N jumped back, didn't expect a sudden blow towards where she came from. And it was her only way home too.

"Well," a voice said, coming from behind Y/N. "It seems like someone forgot to invite ME to the party!" Y/N turns around to see a blue, a green, and an orange dinosaur. The orange one with the wand and the one horn was the one talking, obviously. He's surprisingly small for someone of his intellect, Y/N thought.

He sniffs the air, as if he has caught your scent. "Were you trying to hide something from-" he lays his eyes on Y/N. "...me."
The two stared at each other for a few moments before one of them broke the silence. "A HUMAN!?" The sorcerer before Y/N shouted. "

Y/N awkwardly waved.
"Who brought a human to Avalar!?"
"They did." Y/N pointed at the group.
"Wow, what an ass." The leopard said.
"Do you have ANY idea how rare a human is here?" The sorcerer asked. "And I just found that out during my tribute here. Or... wait... how long were we here, Crush?" He looked over to the blue dinosaur named Crush, who just shrugs.

"Well I did know that humans... are... uh... rare. I got that part. But uh... why are they rare again? Does it have to do with them being magical?... I'm not an expert, hold on."
The group plus Y/N looked at each other and back at the bumbling sorcerer.

"Enough with the uhs and just give it to us straight, Ripto!" The faun shouted.
"Alright, gees! Humans here have a source of power that no one here possesses and I want it! HUMAN!" The sorcerer named Ripto pointed at Y/N.
"You're coming with me!"

He raised his scepter, ready to attack, but the fairy who was with them grabbed it from him and swarms around with it.
"Crush! Kill it!" Ripto shouted.
Crush then swings his club around, as he tried his best to get the fairy, but hits Ripto off of the dinosaur named Gulp, who he was riding on.

Gulp spots the fairy and grabs the scepter in its mouth, but he accidentally eats it instead.
"Gulp! You imbecile! You ate my scepter!" Ripto shouted. "Nevermind! Just get that human and let's get out of here!"

Crush then begins to stomps towards Y/N in an attempt to grab her, but miss as she dodged their claw and made a run for it.
"NO! GET HER!" Ripto growled.
Y/N ran as far as she can, but she ends up tripping on a stone on the way and
fell down in a slightly deep ditch, with her hitting her head on a boulder in the process, knocking her unconscious.

The three dinosaurs finally found her and took her with them, leaving the fate of Y/N unknown.
