Quinn's pov
It's Sunday so I have to go to church. Ugh. I really don't feel like it.
Normally I love church, but I've had a pretty shitty weekend and I just want to sleep the day away.
Either way I sit up in my bed and rub my eyes. I know if I don't get up now I won't go. So I stand up and find a cute spring dress to wear when I get done with my shower.
I stand in the shower for about 15 minutes more then usual. It's so comforting to me for some reason.
After I'm all done I get out and change. Then I blow dry my hair and fishtail braid it.
"QUINNIE!! It's time to go!" My mom yells from down the stairs.
"Coming!" I yell back and grab my purse and a cover up.
I was not looking forward to the ride there. Car rides are when mom likes to ask questions.
I sit in the passenger side. My mom gets in the drivers seat.
"So how was your weekend sweetheart?" She asks and starts the car.
"Fine"
"It didn't seem fine yesterday" I didn't reply.
"I've noticed your barely ever home"
"What's there to do at home?"
"Now, don't be like that"
"Like what mom?" I say irritated.
"Don't get an attitude with me, I'm just trying to be a part of your life" she says defensively.
"I'm sorry mom. I'm just not in the mood ok?"
"Ok" she says and turns on the radio. I lean my head against the window and watch the houses as we pass by.
