Lincoln and Clyde, were making their way home from school.
"So, you really confronted that bully?" Clyde asked with worry.
"You bet, I said meet me in in front of my house at three thirty, and we're gonna settle this." Lincoln said.
"Whoa! You're going to fight?!" Clyde asked, not knowing his best friend as someone to get into fights unless it was with his siblings.
"Heck no, I'm not an animal, Clyde." Lincoln said, "I'm simply gonna deliver a strong worded speech... As soon as I write it."
Clyde sighed with relief until he noticed something in Lincoln's hair, "Looks like that bully left you a note of their own."
"Huh?" Lincoln said in confusion before he noticed a note on his head, he pulled it off and read it, "Lame-O."
Clyde grabs Lincoln's head and smells the piece of gum that was holding the note before, "Ooh! Watermelon lime!"
"Better not let my sisters see this, cause then they'll want to get involved and make things worse, like they always do." Lincoln said rolling his eyes.
"I don't know, Lincoln. Maybe they'd be helpful. Especially your sister Lori, she gives great advice. She told me never to be myself. I love that woman." Clyde said while being dazed by love.
"Aw, Clyde, sweet, innocent, Clyde." Lincoln then turned to the empty road, "He has no idea what it's like to have ten meddling sisters."
Lincoln went into a flashback, causing him to cringe at the thought. "And that was just a paper cut." He said holding up his finger with a bandaged around it.
"Then how about Lloyd, he could help." Clyde suggested.
"Yeah he's a no go." Lincoln once again turned to the empty road, "Lloyd isn't a sister, he's a brother, so he doesn't meddle. He's a solver, at least in his own way, and it ain't cool having my big brother fight for me... Anymore."
"Whelp you'd better get that gum out." Clyde said, "You wanna look intimidating for that bully."
"I was born intimidating." Lincoln then tried to pull it out, but, "Ew, ew, gross!" He flung his hand around to get the germs.
"You know, peanut butter will get that gum out."
"Chunky or smooth?"
"Well, if you use chunky, you're going to have to use smooth to get them chucks out." Clyde explained.
"Good point, thanks pal."
"Anytime."
Lincoln then runs to his house, nervously peeking his head through the door. He scans the living room for any signs of life before putting his backpack down and smiling.
"The National Weather Service, reports clear skies with only a twenty percent chance of meddling sisters and problem solving brother." Lincoln said, "But we advise keeping your umbrella handy." Lincoln soon spots the youngest of the Loud Siblings, Lily playing with her toys on the floor before noticing him tip toe his way past her, "Shh!"
Lincoln tried to silence her before he stepped on something.
Squeak!
He stepped on one of Lily's tops.
"Shh!" Lily copied his action with a giggle, causing him to sigh.
"Hold it right there!" The commanding voice of Lori stated, making Lincoln freeze up. However he eased when he saw she was talking on the phone, "He wore cargo shorts on your date? That is literally the worst thing I have ever heard." She said, "Actually, you saying my brother could pull them off is the worst thing I ever heard!"
