Clint had stopped. He didn't want to get involved but it was clear this was hurting James. It hurt him.
"Father. Please, I don't live under your roof anymore. I don't have to listen to anything you say. You have no control over me anymore. So please just leave, I don't want to see your face ever again." James said with such a threatening tonethat it scared Clint a little.
James then pulled his arm away and ran off in the complete opposite direction of where Clint was or was going. He was running to his apartment. Clint started walking again hoping that George would just leave, and leave him alone.
"You little girl better stay away from my son. He doesn't need you delusions clouding his judgment anymore." Then he pulled the purple beanie off of Clints head and threw it on to the ground. Before Clint could even react to that there was a hand connecting to the side of his head. Right over his already tarible (but slightlycbetter the the other one) , and sensitive right ear.
Clint dazed just stumbled in to the wall of the building before falling to the ground. He couldn't seem to catch his balance. His head hurt and his ear was ring. Clint placed his hand over it. He didn't have his aids in at the time. He didn't need them and right now he was very thankful for that.
It was only a matter of seconds when he saw someone infront of him. He cpuld hear them at all. He could see their mouth moving but he couldn't focus enough to read their lips.
They gently took his hand from his ear. Therre was blood covering it and running down the side of his head. It got in his long blond hair. Clint couldn't really focus on anything but the red on his hand and the throbing pain in his head and ear.
Clint tried to focus, everything sounded like his head was underwater. He then felt another hand on his cheek. He saw the distinct red hair and smiled.
"Nat" he said a little quiter then he would have liked.
She rubbed he thumb across his cheek bone. She was on the phone with someone. Clint then turned his attention to the other person infront of him. It appears to be a man. But Clint didn't assume. Short brown hair, they had an odd glow in the middle of their chest.
They were still outside and this whole situation has caused quite the crowd from the moment the fight between George and James went outside. So there was a crowd and a few people trying to control it.
Clint then saw Coulson crouch down directly in front of him. The brunette was explaining what they knew before Phil turned his attention to Clint. He placed his hand with a cloth, one that used to be wight, over Clints ear. Clint pulled away a little but didn't try and fight it other wise.
Natasha still hasn't moved her hand from Clints cheek though the short brown haired person did walk away a little to give Clint some space.
Clint was panicking to say the lest but was to dizzy and dazzed to do anything but breath faster. Natasha put her phone on speaker once she noticed the panic. She then placed her other hand on his not bloody one. She calmly and carefully guided it to her chest, she made slightly exaggerated breaths for him to try an follow since verbal communication seemed to not work at all in this situation.
Clint though didn't focus on the breathing. He could feel her heart beat, it was faster then Clint thought it should be. She was scared and Clint understood why he was scared. So trying to help her calm down he forced himself to calm just a little bit.
Clint started to get more dizzy, he thought he would pass out. He saw flashing lights of a siren. "Coulson, Coulson!" Clint said frantically.
He didn't know what was going on. He couldn't move he was to dizzy. Coulson gently took Clint's hand just to show him he could hear him, that he was still there. The EMT's came over with the bed thing. Picking Clint up and laying him on it.
Coulson still holding his hand as Clint starts panicking again. His grip tightens just a little trying to get Coulson to stay with him, he didn't want to let go of him.
Phil had to pull his hand away, he was gentle about it and he didn't want to do it but he could t go into the ambulance. That and he has to stay here and talk with the police.
"He's going to be ok, right?" Natasha asked with a tone of voice the Coulson has only ever heard once. She was tarified.
"He is going to be fine." Coulson says as he wrapped his arms around her. Careful not to get any of Clints blood on her.
"He's going to be fine" Coulson said again mostly for himself.
Phil's hands were shaking. But he stayed as calm as possible for Natasha and everyone else there. The police were talking with Tony, that made since since he was the first one to Clint.
"I didn't hear any of the fight itself but I do know George and James. I don't know Clint very well though, we haven't met, well properly met." Tony said to answer the first question.
"Why did you go outside to help a person you didn't know." The police officer asked.
"Like I said I know George. He's a boxer and just hit a guy that has probably never been hit by a boxer. Let alone when he wasn't expecting to get hit. He stumbled into the wall and fell to the ground. George just walked away and thats when I ran put to help." Tony explained like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Do you know why Clint was the one that got hit and not James?"
"No, again I didnt hear the fight." Tony said annoyed that this isn't as productive as he would like.
"Is there anything else you want to add on to the story? Anything that you know definitely that it."
"No, no I do not." Tony sassed slightly.
The police officer then walked away. Coulson and Natasha were both sitting leaning on the outside wall. Natasha hasn't moved since she came outside.
The police officer walked over to the two of them.
"Can I speak with her. In private?"
"Yea" Coulson said as he stood up to go talk to Tony for a minute.
