"What! But this is once in a life time" mei aruged "yeah man, once in a life time" you say "it's one thing to stay calm at home or school but at a concert? You two will get whipped up in a frizzy and panda all over the place" you mother argued back.

"We won't, we won't, I promise." Mei got on her knees and begged "plus you saw her hold it in" you defend your sister "maybe we should trust them" your father looked up at his wife "it's those guys I don't trust. Look at those glittery delinquents. Why on earth do you want to go so badly?" Your mom asked

"Like I said I just wanna brighten my musical horizon. And bond with y/n" she pulled you by the arm. You mother scoffed " your sister's habits and likes are already bad and sinful enough." Your eyes widen "this is why I like dad more" you mutter storming off to your room and slamming the door.

" as I was saying, this is filth and it's not worth jeopardizing your like over. Right Jing?" Your mom looks to her Husband "ugghhh" "see. No concert and that's final" she declined once again "OK. Thanks for listening good night" mei grabs her stuff and walks into her room. Rolling her eyes and scoffing at her mother as she walked.

"What was that? Am I the only one who sees the danger here? There no way they can keep her pandas in. And two hundred dollars? For what? Who do they think they are" your dad does up to answer the ringing phone. " she gets this from y/n" your mother sighs

"Ming, ming" your father interrupts her mumbling "it's your mother." He said "I'm not here" she laid down on the couch quickly. Jing hands ming the phone "mother, hello. How everything in Florida?" She tried to make conversation. "Ming, I know about meimei " she said as she put on her make up " I was just going to call you. I. Going to handle the ritual on my own" ming said through the phone.

"Lime the way you handled meimei being on the news?" She applied her lip stick on as she spoke. "That was nothing. They barely saw her" you mother tried to explain "I'm on my way with reinforcements. Oh and one other thing, I'll be getting them to help n/n too. What you told me was unacceptable. " she said plucking a hair from her eye brow "no,no I can handle it" your mother tried to say but her mom already hung up.

You were sitting on your bed with tears running down your face. "Why can't she just accept me for me" you hiccup.

Time skip.

You were practicing your passing with the batons at practice. "Y/n, keep that pace at the meet!" Your coach yelled as you pasted him "yes sir" you yell "wow, y/n your pretty good" Milo complemented handing you your water bottle.

Blood rushed to your ears and cheeks "t-thanks" you stutter taking the bottle from her. "Alright everyone, pack up, hydrate, and rest! We got a hard workout tomorrow!" Your coach yelled "yes sir" all you yell. You walk into the school and grab your bags.

As you were walking home you came across a basketball court. You saw your sister and her friends watching the basketball team "yo, mei" you walk onto the bleachers and sit with them. "What ya doin' " you peek over meis shoulder to see what she was doing "raising money for the concert" she said as she passed a piece of a key chain down to Priya.

"Check out number 12. He's got dumps for days" Miriam says pulling her face.
"For get that, we need lunch. IM STARTING TO BLACK OUT!!"Abby yelled falling onto the bleacher. " I think I'm getting harpel tunnel" Priya complained. "No pain no game Priya. Now come on chop chop" your sister demanded handing her another key chain. "Girl relax" "yea were doing our best" her friends reassure her "Yeah mei let the girls be" you put a hand on her shoulder.

"It's not enough!" She yelled making you jump and your ears pop out "the concerts this Saturday and were still 400 short. Ugh" she sat back down on the bleachers. " I knew we should've charged more. What's the point if going to a concert if your to tired to enjoy it?" She asked . "Now take a break and help me appreciate some ~boys~ " she Said holding mei by her shoulder.

"Okay,okay" mei laughed. They both sighed and started looking at the boys on the court.

"Heyy!what's up!" One of them yells "boo" "woah" "looking good" the girls yelled "are you a triangle? Because your a cute" mei said. You laugh.

"Your so werid" a voice was heard from under the bleachers "Hey, are you spying on us?"
