"But Nora won't return my calls."

Nora, is-is busy right now. I just talked to her and she's fine. We all are." I said mumbling the last part." She said she'll call you in the morning."

I could hear mom slightly exhale in relief from the other side of the door.

" Thank you, Dawn. If you want to talk about anything I'm here" Mom replied. "Goodnight, don't stay up too late, okay?"

"I won't," I replied.

"Love you, Dawn,"

"Love you too," I said before mom walked away from my door.

Once I heard her door shut, I began looking in my desk drawer, where I found my baby photo album. I flipped through the pages before I found what I was looking for. It was a picture of me, mom, and Nora after I was born. Mom is in the hospital bed and Nora is sitting next to her, holding me for the first time. I carefully placed the picture in my bag before leaving.

"What took you so long?" Nora asked as I entered the Cortex.

"What do you mean?"

"You were gone for almost 30 minutes." She said following me as I sat my backpack down." Mom and dad were asking where you were."

"I just left the future." I replied." But I don't think I went back far enough, sorry." I shrugged.

"We just got Sherloque off our trail, we cannot have mom and dad questioning us to Dawn. You need to be careful-"

"If we told them, we wouldn't have to be so paranoid about them finding out." I replied.

"And you're bringing this up again. "Nora mumbled. "I already told you, Dawn, we can't tell them! So drop it, okay?"

"I'm just saying it would be easier than Lying." I mumbled.

" You gave him the report, right?" She changed the subject as I nodded." Good!" She said before attempting to walk away.

"Nora, wait." I stopped her.

What he said earlier today was still stuck in my head. Thawne made it clear that Nora already knew what happened between dad and him.

"Thawne said something about-"

Nora shushed me as Cisco entered the Cortex room, calling for a team meeting.

Cisco explained that the meta-human cure was practically done except for one tiny problem, it needed 29 days for it to fully synthesize.

"Barry we're going to have to wait." Cisco said to dad.

"Unless... you took it into the speed force." Sherloque said causing the room to go quiet.

"You want him to take it into the speed force for a month? and then what? Come out the same day that he left?" Mom asked.

"Oh, no, no, no, I'm not saying manipulate time. "He sat his cup of tea down. "I'm saying you manipulate dark matter." Sherloque said.

He explained how taking the serum into the speed force will speed up the synthesizing process.

"it will cut it down from 29 days to 60 minutes!" Caitlyn said.

"Yeah, it's going to be faster." Cisco added.

"And since Cicada has been quiet since your last encounter." Sherloque began.

"you mean after getting his butt kicked. "I said.
