I felt myself slowly starting to lift the shirt then the slamming of the door caused me to flinch and drop it, burying my face in couch pillows.

"GOODBYE UNDYNE! GOODBYE FRISK! GOODBYE ALPHYS!" Papyrus waved at the doorway then another slam, telling me he shut it. I laid face down and even brought the covers over my body and up to my head in embarrassment. I heard steps walking around- Papyrus walked to the living room.

"IT FEELS LIKE HOME AGAIN!" Papyrus announced. I heard Sans snicker and rustling as he sat on the recliner.

"it was always home, bro."

Papyrus took a moment before saying anything. "YES I SUPPOSE YOU ARE RIGHT SANS. BUT HAVING YOUR FRIENDS THERE MAKE IT A WHOLE LOT BETTER!"

"yeah... I agree. they do make it a lot better."

Even though I wasn't watching, I could feel his eyes on me.

"IS THE HUMAN ASLEEP?" Papyrus asked.

"just resting." Sans responded.

"ALPHYS GAVE ME CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO..."
Papyrus must have walked in the other room, because I heard some foot steps retreating, along with his voice. Sans shifted in the chair a bit but silence settled over the living room.

I didn't mean to make it awkward but my mind so badly wanted to go to a place that it never has before. I wanted to go further with Sans but how could I? We weren't even dating. We-

A hand on my shoulder caused me to look up and I saw Papyrus there with a cup in his hand and smiling brightly.

"IT IS A VERY HOT CUP OF TEA! ALPHYS TOLD ME TO GIVE IT TO YOU!" He said happily. I sat up all the way, rubbing my hands through my hair and returned the smile. I took the hot cup and held the little plate with my free hand and took a sip.

I wasn't the biggest fan of teas, but this one seemed to have amazing and sweet flavors. Like I was drinking honey and a cookie mixed in liquid.

"good huh?" Sans commented. I glanced at him and nodded.

"Oh yes." I took another sip then inhaled deeply for a few minutes. "Guys, I want to thank you for all you've been doing. You really have helped me out a lot."

Papyrus blushed a bright orange with pride as he put a hand on his chest, "OF COURSE, LEAH! THAT IS WHAT FRIENDS DO!"

"yeah, no problem. after all I am pretty tea-riffic." Sans winked at his brother who facepalmed. I rolled my eyes at the joke and kept sipping.

"YOU ARE IMMATURE!" Papyrus said.

Sans laughed and sat up a little saying, "my jokes bring a sense of tranquili-tea, Pap."

I finished my tea and watched as Papyrus glared at Sans.

"YOU CANNOT GO TEN MINUTES WITHOUT MAKING A PUN!" Papyrus crossed his arms and turned away dramatically. Sans waved him off then comfortably put both hands behind his head.

"of course I could. I got some self control." He commented. Me and Papyrus exchanged looks and I set the cup on the coffee table and sat crisscrossed.

"Oh you could?" I raised my eyebrows. Sans nodded with a smirk. "Wanna make a bet?"

Papyrus looked at me again with an even bigger smirk.

"a bet?"

"Yep! That is- if you're not too scared to." I crossed my arms as well. Papyrus joined in,
