I had fallen asleep while Mika was listening to music and mom was driving. Mom told Mika to wake me.
Mika slapped me "ow brat what was that for " I yelled at her she said," mom told me to wake u up " with a smile on her face. I wanted to punch her so bad but I kept my composure because mom would have yelled at me.
We arrive at our new house it was quite big actually.it was a farmhouse style with brown beams, big brown front doors and a beautiful yard even the flowers by the front doors were so pretty. We wanted to look inside because when mom bought the house we didn't look at pictures.so I and Mika walked in and I can say my mouth dropped .it had double stairs and marble floors but it didn't take the farmhouse look away. I walked to the kitchen because I love kitchens.
The kitchen was massive it had a double fridge I ran upstairs to get the biggest room beside the master we all know that's moms. I found this medium-size room with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. Of course, Mika had said she wanted it but I kinda tricked her by saying there were spiders in the closet. I obviously lied because I'm actually terrified of spiders myself.
Once we got all of our boxes out of the moving truck I started to unpack. I was unpacking an unnamed box I say to myself" I must've forgotten to name it " I shrugged and opened it . That is when a whole lot of emotions hit me it was my brother's stuff Max he passed away a couple of months ago. Tears streamed down my face when going through his things. I put one of his hoodies on and sat on my bed and cried. Mika had came in and saw me " are you ok Mila " she realized that I had Max's hoodie on she started to tear up, we both had cried so much it knocked us out.
" girls what do you want for dinner" mom walked in to see us both asleep so she grabbed a blanket and put it on us and kissed us on the forehead good night.
