Why is Omega Jimin in such an embrace with someone who is not his alpha.....? The small alpha asked, his eyes wide and his hands shaking tremendously. Omega Jimin looked so incredibly sad hugging the large alpha, that the other alpha couldn't but to think as the gears turned in his head:
Was there a reason that Head Omega ran away from home...? Is Head Alpha...the reason why Head Omega left the pack....?
Meanwhile Jimin soon stopped crying, and his sobs turned to cries, which were turned into soft whines and whimpers. Jungkook reluctantly let the omega go, his heart yearning for the omega. Jimin was kneeling in front of the alpha, his cheeks burning pink and his hands between his thighs. He didn't expect to cry so hard in front of Jungkook, so the omega was embarrassed to say the least. So he stood up, his legs shaking as he began to composure himself. He then managed to finally stand up on his own, and Jungkook quickly stood up as well.
"Are you ok now Jimin? Do you feel better now by crying it out...?" Jungkook asked, his rain scent showing that he was immensely worried for the omega's state of mind at the moment. "I-I can walk you back to you home if you want me to Jimin; I wouldn't mind at all doing it for you." the grey haired omega turned to the taller in shock, and it was clear by his wide eyes and red cheeks that he was surprised at the alpha's request.
"D-Do what you want Jungkook-it doesn't matter to me." Jimin mumbled, crossing his arms and turning around, missing the fond look that flashed across Jungkook's face. "Let's go before my pups come home to an empty home...." and so, Jungkook and Jimin grabbed the dead moose and walked away, and the alpha in the bushes slithered away with his whole head reeling.
Just wait until Head Alpha hears about this.....!!!Soon, the two made it back to Jimin's cabin, and the omega allowed the alpha to help him bring the large corpse inside. And then, much to Jungkook's surprise, Jimin allowed for him to stay and help him cut up the moose. And so, the taller bashfully helped the smaller cut up the moose, which took about fifteen minutes.
"Thank you for helping me out with this Jungkook. I appreciate it." Jimin said, looking anywhere but at Jungkook, who was trying so hard not to coo at the omega in front of him. "I would've done it myself, but it would've took too long and I don't have time nor the patience for it."
"Of course Jimin. If you need help with anything else, you can stop by and talk to us for a bit...we haven't seen you for a while.."
"I don't know about that Jungkook.....I might just stay here and wait until my ankle and wounds fully heal up and then we'll be able to leave without anything slowing us down or stopping us."
"Why do you want to leave anyways? Tell me if this steps over the line a bit, but don't you want to raise your kids in a safe environment? Constantly staying on the run will just keel them scared of everything. And your kids are amazing; they deserve a good life. So staying here would honestly be a good decision for you to make..."
Jimin just wanted to yell at Jungkook and tell him that he was absolutely wrong, but he knew the younger was right, and so he felt his words get choked up in his throat, and the omega froze. Of course he wanted his pups to be safe, but he didn't know where safe was at this point. Every time he found somewhere for them to stay, something or someone would run them out and they would be on the run again. He knew his pups hated the constant running, and Jimin did too, but he was just trying to do good by his children and keep them safe with him. He would do absolutely anything to protect them, even if it meant sacrificing himself back to his former alpha.
"No no......you're right Jungkook. I want my babies to be safe, but I don't want to risk anyone's safety just for being here. Your pack deserves to be safe; not have me taint it with my bad past. You deserve better, and you won't get that from me.." Jimin finally looked up at Jungkook, who was staring at him with wide, glassy doe-like eyes. "Jungkook...."
"......Who cares what anyone thinks..." Jungkook growled out, surprising Jimin. "What about your own feelings Jimin??" and Jimin's eyes widened in shock, his heart racing. "Jimin who the fuck cares about what anyone thinks of you?! You and your pups deserve a happy life like anyone else!! Don't berate your feelings so harshly." Jungkook was breathing heavily when he was done, and Jimin was eerily quiet. ".....Did I step out of line...? If so, I'm so sorry..." but Jimin didn't answer; all he did was just stare at his feet in a disturbing silence. After a couple of minutes, Jungkook finally gave up and reluctantly left the omega, glancing at him one more time before leaving the cabin.
I hope I didn't hurt his feelings...Jimin was still in shock, his mind still reeling from Jungkook's sudden outburst. Hearing the truth so suddenly from the younger gave Jimin a bit of clarity. It finally made him look at his own feelings about the whole situation. Jimin never really liked running away and shit, but it's what he needed to do to keep himself and his pups alive. The talk with Namjoon's father still rang in the back of his mind; the omega didn't want to put Namjoon and the other's lives in danger while he stayed here running away from his past; they don't need that kind of nastiness in their lives.
And if Jimin staying here longer than usual...it'll cause repercussions that Jimin doesn't want to even think about. But...staying here with the Kim pack sounds like it'll make him and his pups feel safe in a new environment. For some reason, Jimin felt as if he'd known Namjoon and the other alphas for years, even though he barely knows anything about him. Jimin just wants to be safe, and he'll never feel safe until Minhyuk is permanently removed from their lives.
But Jimin shook his head; he needed to see his pups come home. Just to see them walk toward him with large smiles on their innocent faces. So he reluctantly went outside, cautiously looking around. And there he saw them, but he froze in shock, Jihye was in the front, her head hanging out, and Minjun and Minjae had their thin tear streaks running down their faces. So Jimin did the only thing he thought of: he ran towards his pups, his omega writhing and screeching in anger.
"What happened??" Jimin demanded, stopping them and kneeling in front of them. "Who do I need to yell at?!" the twins didn't say anything; they just looked up at Jihye. "Jihye. Tell Mama what happened."
"I saw three kids standing around Jae and Jun, so I went over there to see what they were doing. They were chanting mean, horrible things to them. So I did what you said Mama: I protected them. I went over and yelled at them, and their taunts started getting to me to. So I started kicking sand at them and they ran away crying. But then their parents soon came to the school and asked Teacher Dawon to have a chat with you." Jihye said, her doe eyes fierce.
"You did good protecting them. I'm proud of you little wolf." Jimin smiled, ruffling Jihye's hair and kissing her forehead. "You're not in trouble, they are. So when I get in that room, I'm protecting all three of you no matter what." So Jimin picked up the twins and grabbed Jihye's small hands, walking away with one thing in mind:
If I keep hearing about kids bullying my babies one more time, I'll burn this place to the ground and leave nothing but dust in my wake.
