Looks:She has very pale dry looking skin. Her face is rather gaunt and sunken in. Risa should have dark brown hair but as she has grown up it has got lighter and closer to a grey color. She has also kept it shorter as it tends to break easily. Her amber eyes are sunken making her look very tired and worn out. She has rather full lips but they are chapped and flaky. Her body is slim and slightly muscular but she has trained so that she knows how to use her opponent's weight against them. All of this is cause of her quirk, she dehydrates often and the more she uses her quirk the worse these effects become. So if she doesn't use her quirk for a while she starts to look more 'alive' but when she uses it her body declines.
Quirk Description: She is able to dry out just about any liquid. Some liquids are taken more time and energy than others such as oil.
Quirk weakness: Of course, some liquids take more time and can cause her to feel sick and dehydrated if she tries to keep going. There isn't a major limit on how often and how much she can do but he body will start to feel the effects of dehydration from dizzy spells, skin drying quickly, eyes becoming sore, etc. She must be within 100ft of something to cause any evaporation.

Likes: she really likes reading, she'll read just about any type of book but high fantasy is her favorite. Learning about hero and villain history is a big interest of hers, she just finds it fascinating to know of those who came before her. Iced tea, it's her go-to drink to get her hydration up, and can drink it by the gallon. She loves winter, not be side she likes the cold but because she loves having a reason to wrap up in blankets and jumpers. She loves all deserts, she's yet to find one she doesn't like but her favorite is cheesecake.
Dislikes: she's not a fan of the beach as she doesn't like to show off her body very much and feels that she gets judged for wearing too many clothes. Risa doesn't like hot drinks, she finds them confusing and doesn't like how they make her chest feels. She isn't a fan of being the center of attention, it makes her feel way too much on show.
Personality: Risa is a hard-working girl who tries her best in each class. She is near the top of the class in everything other than art as she doesn't have the creativity. She is rather withdrawn and quiet not wanting to draw too much attention to herself. Risa would be considered 'crafty' in how she deals with things, she would much rather choose to deal with everything stealthily. She isn't the most emotional in terms of range but she has a bad tendency to cling to things, for example, if she is angry she is really angry, and if she's happy she borders on being manic.
Motive:'did I really have a choice? Not complaining but it feels like this is what I have to do'
Extra:she got into UA through recommendations from her middle school. She went to a private boarding middle school that specializes in interesting quirks. To get into the school she was chosen from an orphanage she was in by 'doctors' as someone who would be a good choice. She later found out that this school was made to recruit people with quirks that could make dangerous villains so that they wouldn't go down that route.
