Family Seperated by Space, Time, and Dimensions (A Dr. Who Fan Fiction)

The 10th Doctor was dreaming. Which was funny because he never did dream as he rarely ever reached REM Sleep. There was many reasons for this but the main reason was that he never really slept. Something always kept him awake.

So if one of his companions were to walk into his bedroom, they would see him tossing and turning in his sleep.

Doctor's Dream/Flashback:

He was at home with his mother and father when they told him he had a baby sister.  

He was several years older when she was born. By the time she was born he was just starting his final year at the Academy.

They told him that she was just like him. She was a time lady. Not all Gallifreyians were born to be time lords or ladies. She would be going to the academy when she was 8 years old.

He was happy and started telling them he would take her with him when he had his own TARDIS. He would show her everything.

(OUTSIDE OF DREAM/Flashback)

The Doctor started turning and moaning in his sleep.

(Back In Dream/Flashback)

Now he was older and the Time War had been going on for 3 years. He was on the battlefield with his father. The Time War had changed him and other Time Lords. The Time Lords were going mad. Since they held the power of time in their hands they thought they were gods.

"Doctor you can end this. End this madness before its too late. I love you son!" 

(End of Dream or Flashback)

The Doctor woke up screaming.

"DAAD!"

His family came running.

"Doctor?"

"That was Jack" The Doctor thought

"Oi Spaceman some of us like our sleep"

"Donna" The Doctor thought.

"Brother?"

 "John" The Doctor thought.

"My thief are you all right?"

"The Old Girl" The Doctor thought.

However it felt as if there was someone missing. Who was missing? Think Doctor Think!" The Doctor thought.

"Are you alright Doctor?" John asked

"Yes" Came the one word answer from the Time Lord.

"Then why are you clutching a FOB watch that I know isn't yours?" 

The Doctor frowned.

"What?"

"Doctor look in your hand" Captain Jack Harkness said.

The Doctor looked down. Jack was right. The FOB wasn't his. He had destroyed his when he was still traveling with Martha Jones.

Seeing as they weren't going back to sleep anytime soon, the Doctor made a suggestion.

"Guys go get dressed an meet me in the kitchen. I've got something to tell you" The Doctor said shooing them from his bedroom.

15 minutes later the small time Family met up in the kitchen.

John and Donna had made tea. Tea was the cure for everything.

"So Doc. What is it that had you screaming for Dad?" John asked. 

The Doctor looked at John with a sad smile. John was his twin. He was born during a time that still confused him. He would have lost his best friend forever if it hadn't been for John's quick thinking.

"John I or should I say we have a little sister who was born the human natural way but is still like us. She is a time lady. She is somewhere on Earth living her life that mum wanted her to have."

Donna reached in to hug her best friend when she saw his tears. Donna's hugs were the best cure.

"So the FOB you are still holding, is hers?" Jack asked as he sipped his tea with a grimace. He didn't really care for tea.

"I think so" The Doctor said.

"What do you mean? Is it hers or not?" Donna asked.

"I honestly don't know. It showed up one day several years before I even met Rose Tyler"

The 3 members of the Doctor's family glared at him. Rose was one of the reasons that the Doctor had been captured by the Daleks, when Donna's Journey almost ended, because of the Metacrises.

A general rule had been agreed upon after Rose and her mother had left the TARDIS with John originally in tow but Donna who needed John to fix her, had convinced the Doctor to let John stay as he didn't know right from wrong just yet. They weren't to talk about Rose Tyler ever.

"Sorry" 

Jack then smiled.

"Let's go find her"

That's when a crack in Time snagged the OLD GIRL.

"Spaceman where are we going?" Donna shouted.

"Don't know Donna. The Old Girl got snagged on a crack in Time. They are like wormholes. They can take you anywhere and any when. Sometimes even a different Dimension." The Doctor told them.
