Lab Doubles

One of the lights flickered in the lab. It was early in the morning in the lab. Lightbulb yawned and stretched, looking around the lab. Test Tube was still asleep. Lightbulb smiled at her, putting the blanket over her. She then went over to the coffee machine on one of the counters, she herself wasn't a fan of coffee but she knew Test Tube drank it, especially whenever an experiment runs late into the night.
Lightbulb pressed a few buttons on the machine, placing a mug in the machine to make coffee. She wandered around the lab, looking at all the inventions on the shelves, with the noise from the coffee machine in the background. After a bit the coffee was done, so she went over and made it how Test Tube liked it. Picking up the cup, she walked over to where Test Tube was.
"Hey, hey wake up Testy." She said quietly as she shook Test Tube a bit. She stirred, blinking at the bright light in the room. Lightbulb sat on the blanket, and held the mug of coffee out. Test Tube took the cup "Thanks" she said as she took a sip. "No probs."
Test Tube drank some of the coffee, before getting up and walking to the main table. There was a noise from the entrance shoot, like something was coming down. She raised an eyebrow looking over to the shoot, before Baxter popped out. "Baxter?"
"Baxter! How'd you get here buddy?" Lightbulb said standing up. Baxter blinked, before scuttling off towards the table. Lightbulb picked him up and set him on the table "There you go." She said as she pat the small crab on the head.
Test Tube sat the cup down before turning to the blanket pallet in the corner, folding up the blanket setting it down. "Ok, I think we should try to cloning device on something else. Just gotta find something." She said, rummaging through a drawer. Lightbulb went over to one of the counters to look inside as well. "Ooh! Got something!" She said, holding a can of Dr. Fizz up. "Ok now to-" Test Tube said, going back over to the main table, only to see Baxter right next to the device "-Baxter!" She exclaimed, Lightbulb noticed and went over to Test Tube. Baxter stood right next to the device, about to press the button.
"No Baxter, bad crab" Lightbulb scolded "Come her Baxter" She said holding her hands out for Baxter. Baxter raised a claw above the button, pressing it. "Ah!" Test Tube said dodging the laser, before it bounced off many reflective surfaces. "Lightbulb get down!" She said before getting hit with the laser.
