Meanwhile, somewhere else...
"I never expected Takemitchy to pull that off." Hanma smirked.
"But it won't end here..." Kisaki smirked.

"The first meeting of the year of all members of the Tokyo Manji Gang will now begin!" Draken shouted.
"Toman and the Black Dragons faced each other in conflict. We originally had a peace agreement, but that failed. It was caused by discord between the brothers, Shiba Hakkai and Shiba Taiju. Toman clashed with the Black Dragons on Christmas, claiming victory after a hard-fought battle."
The crowd was silent.
"Three people here today will discuss this matter with everyone! The first person, Shiba Hakkai to the front!"
Hakkai walked up the steps and turned to the crowd.
"It all started with a stupid little lie I told. To keep up that lie, I dragged my family...I dragged Toman into it. Then the problem grew bigger, resulting in the conflict between Toman and the Black Dragons. I'm responsible for all this. Everyone..." Hakkai said as he then bowed.
"I'm sorry."
Toman started chattering.
"Don't worry about it, Hakkai! What sparks conflict in the first place is always something small anyway!" Muto, or Mucho, smiled.
"Besides, we beat the Black Dragons. So things ended up fine! Right, guys?!" Smiley said.
"Raise your head, Hakkai!"
"Nobody's gonna blame ya'!"
"Guys..." Hakkai mumbled as the crowd chanted.
"Hakkai! You've still got a place with us as the Tokyo Manji Gang's Second Division Vice Captain!" Mitsuya grinned.
"You guys cool with that?!" He turned to the crowd.
"YEAAH!!! HAKKAI" They chanted.
"Now, the second person! Inui to the front!" Draken shouted.
Inui walked up and Koko followed.
"Inui Seishu, the 11th generation Black Dragons."
"Kokonoi Hajime from the same gang." The black-haired male said.
"Black Dragons?!"
"Didn't they get crushed?!"
"The 10th generation Black Dragons lost to Toman. Our former leader, Shiba Taiju, has retired. We have succeeded the gang as leaders of the 11th generation." Koko said.
"And after discussing it with Mikey, we've decided to join under Toman!" Inui said.
"I assign the Black Dragons to the First Division. In other words, under Hanagaki Takemichi's command!" Mikey announced as Takemichi gasped.
"Got it, Takemitchy?"
"Y-Yeah..." Takemichi replied. "The Black Dragons are under my command...? Why...? Whose decision is this?!"
"If we're going to be part of Toman, we'd rather be with him". That is what they want." Mikey explained.
Inui and Koko walked over to Takemichi and stood in front of him.
"Glad to be here, captain!" Koko smirked, sticking his tongue out.
"I won't ask you to trust us. Just tell us when you need us. We'll help you." Inui said.
"Quiet, everyone!" Draken shouted.
"Lastly, I want to talk about something involving the Christmas conflict." Mikey said.
"Kisaki Tetta!" He called out.
"Yes!" The boy with glasses stepped forward.
"You're fired." Mikey said.
"Kisaki got fired?"
"For real?"
"Huh? But why?"
"I dunno."
"I gave Mikey-kun a general report of Kisaki's betrayal." Chifuyu spoke up.
"Huh?" Takemichi turned to him.
"But I never thought that Mikey-kun would respond like this. He was even a captain, you know? Didn't think he'd get fired."
-----
"What are you saying, Mikey? You're joking, right?" Kisaki said with a nervous smile and wide eyes.
"I'm not joking here. You're fired." Mikey repeated.
The sight of Mikey's pouting face as he turned away was funny. Y/n's cheeks were puffed as she stood beside Baji who was also trying not to laugh.
'You mustn't laugh! You mustn't, you mustn't, you mustn't!'
She then let out a snort, making some people turn to her as she covered her face.
"Pardon me." She said, her face heating up.
"Whoa, whoa. Hold the phone, Mikey. If you fire Kisaki, then I'm out too. This means, of the 450 total members of Toman, the 50 former members of Moebius and the 300 former members of Valhalla will all leave. And Toman will shrivel up to a mere 100. You sure about this?" Hanma spoke up.
"I don't care. Toman's gotten too big anyway." Mikey replied, making them shocked.
"Gotten too big? What the hell, Mikey?! Isn't that Toman's goal?!" Kisaki asked.
"Then, was your instigation of the Christmas conflict done to make Toman bigger?" Mikey asked.
"Christmas conflict?"
"Huh? Kisaki was involved too?"
"Wasn't it just the first and second division members with the sixth division captain?"
"You spurred on Takemitchy and the others and gave Yuzuha a knife so she could kill Taiju. Mitsuya and Chifuyu told me everything." Mikey said.
"Huh? What does he mean? What's going on?"
"What? So Kisaki was behind all of it?"
"The fuck? What a scumbag."
"In order to make Toman bigger, I've ignored your underhanded methods until now. But that ends here." Mikey said.
"NO! YOU GREW WEAK!! TAIJU WAS A THREAT TO TOMAN!! I ACTED FOR YOUR SAKE!!!" Kisaki yelled, going up the steps and getting closer to Mikey.
"Hey! Who said you could come up here?" Draken glared, stepping in front of Kisaki.
Then, Draken lifted his arm and blocked a punch suddenly thrown at him.
"Shut up and let Kisaki talk, fucker." Hanma said, irritated.
"Asshole!!" Draken scowled.
Kisaki stood behind Mikey, the latter looking back at him.
"Don't listen to these worthless fools, Mikey. Aren't you going to make a new age for delinquents?! Toman's gonna get bigger and become an organization that can bring anyone to their knees. If it gets bigger, it's sure to breed darkness and I'll take on all that darkness so that you can shine! You need me, Mikey!" He grinned, outstretching his hand.
"I am the shadow you cast. We need each other. So, reconsider this! You can't achieve your dream on lip service only!"
"We're through, Kisaki. Your arbitrary actions will screw up my dream." Mikey said as he turned, walking away.
"M-M-MIKEY!!!" Kisaki fell onto his knees.
But his pleas were ignored.
"This meeting is now over!" Draken announced.
