"Can I change my mind?" Izana mumbled, slightly hitting his head against the wall.
"Nope. You promised, so now you have to do it." Y/n shook her head.
"Ugh..." Izana groaned.
"I'm sure Shin's almost here, and it'd be nice to see him again since it's been a while, right?" Y/n looked back at Izana.
"I guess so." Izana said, adjusting his sweater as he stepped away from the wall.
"I'm sure it'll be fine. We understand that it'll take a while, but we hope you'll feel comfortable in no time." Y/n told him.
"I don't know about that...Especially because he's there..." Izana whispered to himself.
"Hm? Did you say something?" Y/n looked back at him.
"No." Izana shook his head.
A few minutes later, Y/n perked up at the sound of a roaring motor and ran to the sidewalk's curb, Izana following behind with an expression of dread.
"Shinichiro! Is everything ready?" Y/n asked.
"Yup! We can head over to the dojo." Shinichiro nodded before looking at Izana.
"Hey, Izana. It's been a while, huh? I can't wait to hang out all of today." Shinichiro grinned.
"Yeah. It'll be nice, I suppose." Izana nodded, a smile stretching on his face.
"Alright. Get on, both of you." Shinichiro told the kids.
And they did, although a bit awkward since Y/n had to sit behind Shinichiro and in front of Izana, slightly being squished. Izana did his best to give her space, but he was limited due to the fact that he did not want to fall back and every time Shinichiro sped up, his body would slide forward.
Luckily, they made it to the dojo safely and without being pulled over.
Izana stared at the building before looking away and saying, "I changed my mind. I'm leaving."
"Izana! There's no changing your mind now." Shinichiro grinned as he stood by the front door.
"Come on." Y/n grabbed Izana's hand and pulled him along.
"If you're nervous, remember that Shin and I are here, so it'll be fine." Y/n smiled back at him.
Izana stared at her with pursed lips, not uttering a single word.
"Also, the others aren't here right now because I wanted you to get comfortable with the place before meeting them. It's just the three of us right now." Shinichiro informed Izana who let out a relieved breath.
When the trio stepped inside, Izana's eyes darted around, analyzing the foreign area and taking notice of where and where not to go.
"So, most of the time when Y/n's here, she's running around with Mikey and his friends, playing with Emma, or hanging out with all of us in the dojo. You can go to the dojo if you want to practice your fighting skills. I can even ask Gramps to give you a few pointers if you'd like." Shinichiro said as they walked around.
"Shinichiro likes to hang out with his friends in town or sometimes he brings them here. They're loud too, laughing like a bunch of old geezers over something that's not funny." Y/n whispered to Izana who slightly chuckled.
"What are you two talking about?" Shinichiro raised a brow.
"Nothing, nothing." Y/n waved her hands in a dismissive manner.
"Anyways, you wanna wait for the others in the dojo? You can practice with Y/n or I can try to find some cards for us to use." Shinichiro turned to Izana.
