"Hakkai! I understand your anger at what they did to Mitsuya, but look at Mikey! Do you think he's okay with that?" He asked.

"Hakkai, I want you to stay beside Mitsuya." Mikey said.

"Huh?! Hold on! I want to fight those bastards who attacked Ta-"

"It's not that, I'm worried about their condition. As soon as they open their eyes, those two would definitely run to join the war. Please stop that from happening. It'll be hard for me to move if I'm worried about them. Leave your mission to Takemitchy's team." Mikey said before looking at the First Divison captain.

"Yes sir!" Takemichi said.

"Listen here, you guys. We might not have our captains with us in this battle, but I'm here and so are Y/n-chin and Ken-chin, so it'll be alright." Mikey smiled.

Feeling motivation and a sudden burst of strength, the group raised their fists with pride.

"Let's crush Tenjiku!" Toman shouted.

"That's not fair, Y/n!" Yuki yelled.

"Of course it is! I was faster than you!" Y/n replied.

"You cheated!"

"Did not!"

"Did so!"

They both tackled each other to the ground, ignoring the stinging pain from the impact.

"You're always acting as if you're better!" Yuki yelled.

"I don't act as if I'm better! I am better! There's no denying it!" Y/n replied.

"Always acting so arrogant! This is why no one likes you!" Yuki said.

"Everyone says otherwise! You're the one no one likes! That's why I'm ending things here!" Y/n exclaimed.

Yuki's eyes widened as Y/n pushed him back, his body dangling as the only support he had were his hands gripping on the nearest object.

"You crazy or something?! Are you trying to kill me?!" He exclaimed.

"I don't know! Let's find out!" Y/n said, harshly taking Yuki's hands off the object that held him up.

Yuki yelped as he felt his body falling.

Watching from the sidelines, Draken, Mikey, and Emma deadpanned.

"What are you two doing?" Draken asked.

Y/n and Yuki turned to look at the three blondes. Currently, Y/n stood on top of a playset and Yuki lay on the woodchips.

"We're playing. I'm the amazing protagonist who just got rid of their traitorous friend, a supporting character who was really an antagonist." Y/n pointed to herself before pointing at Yuki,

"No no, that's not it. I'm the protagonist who just got killed by the person they trusted the most, a supporting character who was really an antagonist." Yuki pointed to himself before pointing to Y/n.

"Okay...And, Y/n. Do you want to join Mikey and me to visit big bro Shin?" Emma asked.

"Sure! I haven't gone in a while." Y/n agreed, jumping off the playset.

"Do you want to come, Yuki?" Mikey asked.

"I would, but I have to go to the store. My fridge is starting to look like a desert. But I'll go next time!" Yuki smiled.

"Okay. Let's go, Emma, Y/n. Bye, Ken-chin, Yuki." Mikey said, waving to them.

Emma grabbed Y/n's hand and began dragging her away. But, the h/c-haired girl stopped walking and looked back with a close-eyed grin.
