'So you guys got the last ingredient for Harper's potion?' Xyla asked.

'We did and we contacted Xavier about it and said he's going to prepare the materials, so he should be ready by tomorrow' Dahlyn explained.

'I can't wait to fly again, my feet had been hurting chasing after you guys' Harper said that made the entire girls laugh.

'Hey girls?' Iris said as she stepped out from her room into the living room.

'What is it Ice?' Xyla asked turning around from her chair.

'As you all know, I joined the unit due to my father negotiating with the leader' Iris said.

'Yes?' Dahlyn said.
'We know that Ice, you already explained it to us already' Xyla said.

'I know but what I didn't tell you was I'm leaving today' Iris said finally revealing the truth.

'What!?' The entire group shouted.

'I- I thought you had a couple of days left, not now....' Mina said.

'I'm so sorry girls' Iris said before frowning.

'That's ok Ice, we knew this day would come' Xyla said.

'But- one last group hug' Xyla slowly said before they all embraced in a group.

'This day can't get any worst right!? Harper said.

'I swear most of our days are just us weeping and sobbing' Jaylee said.

'I didn't expect a trip to Earth and fighting fantastical monsters would end up like this' Dahlyn said.

They all eyed at her before going back to sobbing.

'Thanks girls, you're the first ever friends I ever made and I'll miss you all so much' Iris said with a tears in her eyes.

'Thanks Iris for being apart of our lives' Xyla said before they embraced once again.

'Come visit me alright and Harper, good luck with your wings and don't tear it ever again' Iris said silently chuckling.

Harper laughed before returning to her crying state.

'I'll see you later and I'll miss you guys' Iris said as she turns the doorknob.

She turned around for the last time waving goodbye before silently shutting the door.

'Well, that's it, Iris has left the group' Sierra said before sitting back on the couch.

'How will it be the same ever again?' Sheila said.

'We should go visit her after we discuss the plan on Nysa' Xyla said as they nodded.

After I left, a spacecraft came and picked me up right outside of the apartment.

I sighed before stepping in to see other magical beings on board.

I stood beside a window and looked outside and waved goodbye to life on Earth and the apartment.

'How I wonder what life would be if I didn't met them' I wondered in my mind before dismissing the thought completely.

3rd Person P.O.V

Meanwhile...

Nysa was seen in her lair staring into her crystal ball to see Iris stepping inside the spacecraft.

'Now it's my opportunity to strike by cutting her special relationship with her father' Nysa evilly said as she slams the book of the Ascended Realm onto the desk.
