Reader's POV

It was a normal day at the shop, Asra was out as usual and a bit of dew could be noticed. 'I had the hope that today I would have more customers' I tought, drinking some tea, relaxing a bit in the couch at the back of the shop. 'Maybe is because Asra isn't here? I don't think so... He usually say great things about me when they're outside, or at least that's what I've seen and heard'.

A knock on the door cleared my mind, I stood up and went and opened it. I could spot a big silhouette with a plage mask on standing there, with it's arms crossed. "Good afternoon, welcome to our humble shop, what do you need?" I said formally. "Good afternoon miss, I'll like to do a tarot reading if that could be possible" The person said in a cheerful tone. "Of course, I need your name please" I answered, a small smile in my face. "My name is Julian Devorak" The figure said. "Oh, you're the man that is in search, right? My master has talked about you sometimes".

"Oh, so Asra has talked about me? I feel praised" He said, a big smirk forming in his lips. I couldn't help but smile a bit at Julian's behavior. 'He seems pretty cool' I tought. "Well, come with me, I'll do your reading" I exclaimed, trying to be as kind as possible with the charismatic customer. "Okay miss...?" He answered. "Y/N" I exclaimed, smiling. "Miss Y/N, yes, miss Y/N" He said, smiling back.

3rd Person's POV

Y/N started doing Julian's reading, she was calm all the time, since she was very confident about her abilities. Julian was very expectant, he closely watched the girl's movements and processed every word she said. He was truly impressed, he has heard about Asra's apprentice being talented, but he had to admit that he underestimated her a bit.

"Thank you for the reading Y/N, the rumors that surround you are very much true and I'm glad about that" Julian took her hand and gently squeezed it. "It's nothing, and I'm really not as talented as the people say" She blushed slightly, with a genuine smile on her face. "You don't need to be that modest, your talent is surely special" He said, kissing her hand.

After that, Julian put on his mask and leaved the shop, leaving the poor Y/N a flustered mess.

Reader's POV

'That was pretty unexpected' I tought while covering my face. "What just happened sounds like fiction work honestly..." I sighed, still thinking about it. "I'm going to close the shop, I'm not able to think after that".

And with that, I closed the shop's door and went to the small flat over it to relax and get some sleep. 'I should get a shower and eat something, I don't want to look like a zombie tomorrow...' I joked to myself.

After the shower and the small appetizer, I went to my small cozy room and got in my bed. 'This day has surely been bizarre, but I'm sure that in some days I'll forget about it' I confidently remarked, getting comfy.

- 4 hours later -

I withdraw what I said, I cannot stop thinking about it. "Urghh, I hate you shitty mind" I said, hitting my head. Sighing, I got up from my bed and went to the kitchen to get some water.

'Why am I repeating constantly what happened? It can't be a crush, I'm not that dumb please' I tought while drinking the glass of water. 'If it's a crush then I'm fucked up'.

The sound of the shop door opening got my attention. 'It's 2 am, who can it be?' I went downstairs just to find my master. "Asra?!" I said, pretty much surprised. "Y/N, long time we don't see" They replied, smiling.

My instinct worked on its own so my immediate response was giving him a hug.
"How was your trip?" I asked. "Well, I cannot give you much details about it, but it was a bit dangerous" They responded, a slight smile always in his face. "Well, then I'm glad that you're safe" I smiled back.
