Minji's POV

As soon as I entered the restroom, I saw Krystal wiping her tears. She gave me a look before saying something.

"Do you like her?" I narrowed my eyes before looking back at her.

"I.. yea, she's cool" I said hoping she'll change the conversation or just drop the topic and go.

"If you tell me you do now, I won't ever say anything anymore" She said tiredly. I looked away. What am I supposed to say??

"I.. do, I like her" I said without looking at her. She stood up before leaving the restroom. I sighed before doing my business inside the restroom.

This game I'm playing is much more complicated than I thought it would be. I sighed. But I'm decided, I will do what I want to because I know I can.

As soon as I got out of the restroom, I saw Yoohyeon sitting alone.

"Where's everyone?" I asked. She looked away before sighing.

"Sorry, you had to hear that" She mumbled.

"It's fine, you're quite the popular kid huh" I joked making her look at me.

"Let's go. It's getting late, I'll drop you off" She said blandly. What's her problem? It's not like I was mad or anything..

"Wait. I haven't finished eating yet" I said while pointing at my food. She nodded before sitting back down. Still looking away. I quietly munch on my food while glancing at her.

"So.. she likes you" I asked.

"Apparently"

"Don't you like her too?"

"yes before" Why does she sounded so irritated when she said that?

"Then.. get her" I said, she looked at me longingly.

"I already chose you" I blinked a couple of times before looking away.

We stayed silent for a couple of minutes before I stood up.

"It is getting quite late.." I said, she nodded before offering her hand to me. I looked at it before taking it and we started walking towards her car.

We've arrived after getting out of traffic, I unbuckled my seatbelt before glancing at her.

"You should speak with her" I suggested. I'm giving you a chance to get out of my game, Yoohyeon. Take it.

"I don't want to talk about it with you. It's you the one I like" She said while looking ahead. I sighed.

"Do.. you know me, the real me?" I asked seriously.

"What do you mean?" She finally looked at me and asked.

"Nevermind, I think you should go. It's getting late" I ended the conversation before opening the door but she held my wrist.

"I know what game you're playing. I've heard about it" I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Then why stay?" I asked impatiently.

"If you think you can change the way I am, you won't" I hissed. Oh. So, She's just like other people who's trying to test their luck with me, I guess. To see if they could make me change the way I am.

"But I can try, can't I?" She replied almost immediately. I rolled my eyes.

"Fine, do whatever you want to do" I said before getting out of the car completely.

She rolled down her windows.

"I'll make you love me, Minji. I'll do it" I shook my head without looking at her before going inside the condo.

I saw Joohyun sitting on the couch with her eyes on me.

"What?" I asked before taking off my heels.

"How was the date?" She asked softly making me feel guilty for snapping at her.

"You mean the triple date? It went great, yea" I said annoyed.

"You know.. if you really want to get a time alone with her you could do it, so what's stopping you?" I gave her a look before looking away. It's true. I suddenly feel submissive towards Yoohyeon when I was the one fully in control of my previous relationships.

"I don't know? Maybe, I realized she's not worth it just like what Bora said" I said defensively.

"Is it really? Or you finally realized she's way deeper in your heart now?" I gave her a disbelief look.

"It's only been a few days, Jooh. And no, I'm pissed because she knows I'm a player. She probably lured me in just like the others to get me to change" I said before pouring myself a glass of water.

"Hm. Aren't you tired, Minji-ah? What if she's the one?" I glared at her after downing the glass of water.

"No" I said. She raised an eyebrow at me.

"Well, I'm just saying.. you're acting just like when you were with Se—" I glared at her before she could even mention that name.

"I don't want to hear that name" I said firmly.

"Jesus.. How can you moved on if you can't even—"

"I haven't moved on like you, ok? Yes, I still love her. I still long for her. And I still hope that we'll be together someday" I said angrily before putting a hand on my temple.

"What's going on here.." Bora said after opening the door to her room.

I was gonna go inside my room when she stopped me.

"I asked a question" She said firmly.

"Just let me be" I said tiredly.

"No, we're going to have this talk now since I'm now fully awakened by you guys coming for each other's throats anyway" She said with her arms crossed.

"I just.. I don't want to pursue this game with Yoohyeon anymore" I said earning a gasp from Bora.

"And..?" She looked at Joohyun.

"Well, she thinks that Yoohyeon only sent her that DM to get her to change her ways" Bora looked at me.

"What's wrong with that?" I frowned.

"She's just like others!" I hissed.

"What if she's not? What she actually wants something serious with you?" Joohyun said.

"Why do you care so much? You can't even fix your relationship with Seulgi and yet here you are lecturing me" She looked at me in disbelief before walking out towards her room.

"Great, Minji" Bora said sarcastically, I shrugged.

"What? Did I say anything wrong?" I said nonchalantly.

"Yes, she only cares about you. Don't you see it? She didn't want what happened to her and Seulgi to happen to you and Yoohyeon" I looked away.

"If you still like her then yea maybe end this game with Yoohyeon before it's too late. You can't move on by trying to do what she did to you, Minji-ah. That's why" She said before waking to her room. Leaving me in a trance wondering what I'm supposed to do when it was Yoohyeon who wanted to play the game now and not me.
