REBIRTH APOCALYPSE : FIGHTING ZOMBIES WITH FAMILY

The old lady made Selina stop crying and hugged her saying "My doll" repeatedly while tears of joy were in her eyes. Selina managed her emotions but did not know what to say.

She finally asked "Grandma, can you tell me about the family?"

The old lady happily said, "Of course, Of course."

With that said, she began to say how her father got beaten by grandpa every time he tries to teach her brothers, and how her mother saves them and takes care of the whole family. The love between her parents and brother, her mischievous third brother, her genius second brother, and the cold yet warm eldest brother. She also revealed how Kelvin likes his secretory but is so cowardly that he has not confessed to her until now. This time, Selina laughed out aloud.

Poor Kelvin!

He did not know that his grandma already built his image in front of his sister. This way, all the people outside can hear the laughter of a big and small from time to time.

Lucas came back and also brought some snacks and refreshments. He immediately heard the laughter of Selina and the old lady after he came back. He opened the door of the ward and got in. He said to them "Grandma, baby come and have something to eat otherwise you both will be tired."

Selina blushed at his 'Baby' and glared at him. Lucas just grinned back. The old lady, Daisy saw the interaction between the two and understood.

It's not that she did not see Lucas earlier but she first has to coax her granddaughter then only other things can be considered. And watching how eloquently he said 'grandma', she knew they are in a serious relationship. Selina and Lucas felt Daisy's gaze on them and Selina introduced him shyly "Grandma, He is Lucas, my boyfriend."

Lucas's face immediately brightened up. Daisy said, "Come sit here and let grandma have a look."

Lucas went towards the old lady and sat beside her.

Daisy and Lucas chatted for a while and Daisy became more and more satisfied with the future grandson-in-law. They talked for some time while eating and then the doctor came. The doctor checked Daisy and said to them "You can get her discharged now and take care of her from now on. She is healthy, but you must be careful about her old age."

After the doctor went out, Daisy said to Selina and Lucas " I am not some old hag. Why is this doctor nagging so much? hum!"

Lucas said while trying to control his laughter "Yeah grandma. you are young."

Selina also said "Yeah. who knows I might get an uncle or an aunt anytime."

Lucas burst out laughing and Daisy lovingly slapped Selina while glaring at her. She said "Don't tease grandma. You won't get any uncle or aunt but I want my great-grandchildren."

Lucas said, "Grandma, I am always ready but I still have to cross a bunch of fathers-in-law and brothers-in-law.". His expression looked like that of eating flies.

Daisy and Selina both laughed at his antics. Selina said "But we have to call someone from the family."

Looks like the time has come for her to meet them. Daisy nodded, took out her mobile phone, and said "Take and call your grandpa. He will directly scold me."

Selina hesitated but Lucas nodded at her. He held her hand as encouragement and said "Whatever happens, I am with you."

Selina nodded and called. With each ring, her heartbeat was increasing. She took out her phone and ringed up the given number. The call was finally picked up. An old and mighty voice came from another side "Hello, who is it?"
