*I am so sorry for this....

Warning: Mentions of trauma and panic attacks. Oh, and therapy. Cuz that's triggering probably-

H-heh, uh, I did not plan this, but whatever.*

... ... ...

Error and Ink sighed in relief when Nightmare materialized behind them. He smirked at them, then frowned at his wristwatch.

"We should be heading back," he muttered, eying the two other gods. "Our friends will be missing us. Probably on the verge of nervous breakdowns if I know Dream, heh."

Error nodded. "Yeah. It's been too long since I relaxed. And hopefully, nothing has collapsed in our absence."

Ink hung his head in shame. Oh yeah. He'd forgotten about his angry tantrum, all those negative AUs, his... revenge against the one he claimed he loved. What was he thinking, trying to get back at Error like that?! It hadn't even been Error's fault! It was all Ink's fault! All his fault! All his fault! All his fault! All his-!

"Ink!"

The creator's mind registered on the hands shaking his shoulders, and finally snapped out of his thoughts. Error was frantic, alarmed by the tears trickling down his lovers' cheeks. Ink chuckled weakly, wiping his eyesockets.

"S-sorry," he croaked. "J-just uh, thinking of stuff...."

Error sighed and pulled him into a hug. "You know you can tell me anything, right?"

Ink swallowed hard and nodded. "I-I.... Can we talk about this later? I'd rather discuss this... alone." He whispered the last word, causing Error to shiver. But, the glitchy skeleton smiled and hugged him tighter.

"Of course, Ink. Let's go home."

Ink gave Error the spare wristwatch, then synced them up. They turned to their hosts, Fallacy and Encre.

"It's been nice meeting you," Ink said gratefully. Fallacy inclined his head.

"It was a pleasure making your acquaintance."

Encre nodded in agreement. "Yeah. I wonder if we'll ever meet again?"

Nightmare scoffed. "I'd better not see your faces until you can improve the emotional state of your community. If even I, the King of Negativity, can find love, this should be a walk in the park for all you normal people."

Encre and Fallacy exchanged looks and shrugged. He did have a point, but they silently agreed they would see how things went with each other before uprooting their society's morals and beliefs. After all, their experience might not work for everyone, not to mention it won't be easy to introduce such ideas and have them accepted by this very rigid community.

Ink, Error, and Nightmare turned to each other, eager to return home.

"Ready?" Ink asked, glancing at the two. They nodded, and Ink activated the wristwatches. A light engulfed them, and they disappeared.

... ... ...

Dream paced in Classic's living room, anxiously awaiting the return of the others. Classic was, to his irritation, asleep on the couch, next to a fidgeting Red and patiently still Blueberry. After another tense minute, Dream groaned loudly.

"Gah! I can't take it anymore! We should just teleport them back, with or without Error! We could retreat and regroup, maybe make a new plan-"

"NOW, NOW, DEAR DREAM," Blueberry replied, getting to his feet calmly. "IF I KNOW INK, HE WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO FIND ERROR, AND WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY INTERFERENCE. YOU KNOW THIS. ONCE HE SETS HIS MIND TO SOMETHING, IT TAKES A LOT TO CONVINCE HIM TO ABANDON THE IDEA."
