Unexpected Return!

After few moments into cooking the soup:

"Hmm the ingredients had nicely mixed and Wei, go get one hen from the backyard, cut it and bring it to me" Wen Qing said.

"What? I have to catch a hen, cut it and bring it to you?" Wei questioned.

"Yes I said to you only, what's wrong with that?" Wen Qing cross questioned.

"No say to them, these two kids, you know I am hurt right? then why are you saying this to me?" He asked.

"What? I healed you with all my power how could you say it still hurts?"

Wei made some fake acting.

Then Shizui and Jinling said "Qing Jiejie we will go catch the hen, cut and bring it to you"

"but how could you?" Wen Qing was cut by them saying

"don't worry Jiejie we will,do it perfectly just trust us!" and
they went.

After nearly 5 minutes of awkward silence, Wei cleared his throat when Wen Qing was busy cooking. She noticed he was trying to bring up a conversation.

"What do you need now Wei?"

"Ah nothing but one request its more like a question, will you
answer it?"

"Whatever, ask" Wen Qing said while rolling her eyes.

"Ah What was your reaction when you first heard about my death?" Wei asked out of the blue.

Wen Qing stood still for a moment then she spoke, "Ah what will it be? As a friend I am soo shocked and was worried"

"Then you did not cry?" Wei asked hoping with some true love in her words but suddenly Jinling and Shizui came back.

"We are back Jiejie and Master" both said at the same time.

"Oh good you both made a great job" Wen Qing said while patting both of their head as she has a habit of patting her loved ones head which is the same way she always do to Wen Ning and A-Yuan.

"What? you both came this fast?" Wei was shocked.

"What's shocking with that Wei I am happy as they are so good than you in catching hen" Wen Qing said.

"The most shocking thing is how are they your Junior and you their Senior?"

"Who said I am not good in catching hen? Do you know how Wen Ning catches the hen soo soon? It's all because of my training! After me Wen Ning is the great in catching hens! You know?" He said this in a bit high tone, which made Wen Qing silently turn back to continue her work without saying anything to him which made Wei regret what he has said.

He then just went near her and back hugged her and said,

"Sorry, I am extremely sorry A-Qing" He hugged her even more tightly and started caressing her neck with his nose cause he is trying to act innocent 😅

"It's OK Wei leave it, you did not do any mistake it's all...." when she is about to say Wei suddenly kissed her neck which made Wen Qing, Jinling and Shizui get still in shock.

"What's wrong with them? Fighting, being enemies, saying sorry, then suddenly acting like couples?!" Jinling murmured to Shizui.

"I too don't know about that, we helped them maybe we should give them some personal space" Shizui said to Jinling.

Then both of them said, "we are taking our leave" they bowed and went.

Even before Wen Qing could speak to them Wei made her turn by placing his big hands on her curvy waist and slowly caressing her sides up and down gently yet posseively as she faced him eye to eye...............face to face! Her body stopped moving, her heart skipped a beat! She could not help but stare into Wei's eyes and face down which made him blush

( Wei's POV: I know, I know I am soo handsome especially my eyes that's why she is staring at me 😌).

"Why looking down when I am here A-Qing?" He asked while making her to look at him as he lifted her chin gently.

Both their eyes searched for something more, more which gave them a clear explanation that something's in the air yet they're not aware of their own feelings.

Wei Wuxian without realizing got tempted by her, leaned closer to her neck and started inhaling her scent.

"A-Qing!!" he said in a deep husky voice as he slowly started to bite her collarbone!

Wen Qing squirmed, she knew it's wrong to give in to him as he said he has someone special and not even aware of her true feelings but she couldn't help it!

"Am I making you feel uncomfortable A-Qing?"  He asked in a even deep husky voice like a whisper as he bit her earlobe.

The sight of him with his mask, his long hair's slight strands dangling in front, his husky voice, his demeanor, his physique is enough to make any girl fall for him.

When he was about to make his next move, the boiling of soup cut both of their intimate moment.

(Wei's POV: Tsk this soup!!! Why does it have to ruin the mood aaaghh)

She coughed abit and held free from his grip.

"I am sorry A-Qing, I should have not....." Wen Qing closed Wei's mouth by saying,

"shh enough! the soup is ready, the juniors are hungry so let's hurry"

"Yes, mam!" Wei said in a respective tone with a mock salute.

"Everyone!! Hot Spicy Chicken Soup is ready!" Wei said which made everyone soo eager to taste it cause Wen Qing's recipe made everyone soo hunger even before some moment they had herbal soup.

"Hope you all will like it and special thanks to Jinling and Shizui for catching the hen and Wei Wuxian for his co-operation with me" Wen Qing said.

"Surely we will like it Jiejie as it's made by you" everyone said in unity and enjoyed the soup while complementing Wen Qing.
