Chapter 4: Blaze Rogue

"You almost died the last time you fought! At least bring some support."

"Ehh, I rather risk myself then having someone else die for me. Besides, what Lower Twilight peeps like you and your friend will do against a Dawn Tier? So, stay here and I'll come back after a few hours or so."

I started to leave the office, opening the new glass door for the office. I stretched my arms a bit and roll my neck around. After a deep breath, I glanced around the street and start moving with my hands in pocket.

"Suki! Come back! Please!"

EnNn, I need a quick route out of her view. Is there a way I could hide from her presence in ten seconds?

◇ "Yes, faithful one. Three alleyways ahead, turn and enter, there's an open window, go inside of it."

Muahaha! The convenience of having a secondary mind that knows almost everything around me. My escape from Cerlia was quick and simple, I could hear her shouting and looking for me, but I was too fast. Like a ninja! Gawr!

◇ Location: Kiffel City // District 22

◇ Time: Afternoon

EnNn had guided me toward the location of the criminal ex-member. Not the exact location but the general area where he might be. But the distance from Lunar Office to thise location is pretty far. It took me one and about a half an hour to reach there! And guessed what kind of location this place is. It's very damp, dark, and buildings so tall that the sky couldn't even beam its sunlight down here.

It was dark in these streets that I had to take out our office's spare flashlight and put it in my mouth so I could have one hand to fight and another to fight. Basically, if it's my hand, it must involve fighting. I quit writing, typing, and touching weird creatures. It's time to change that now.

◇ "Keep guard up, faithful one. Your mental sensor had caught presence of one nearby."

Understood, EnNn. And with that head up, I glanced around more cautiously, and walked casually. I wasn't worried about being sneak attack, but of course, I have an eye as a head. It's impossible to sneak up and do harm.

My eyes sported a small light glint from the distance, my glare stared directly at it. I suddenly noticed the light hopping from metal balcony to balcony. As soon as it got close, it seemed to be a person in dark brown cloak with bright fiery shine under it. Once he got close enough, he stood on a balcony above in front of me. 

I saw its face. Not from the picture but there was the scar on the left eyes while his lower half of his face was just a gas mask. The wind blew against him, and I saw it under his cloak. A light body armor with his left-hand wielding something heavy for a one hand weapon. An overheated four knives attached to a glove with metals circling around it to hold the blades. 

Even from this distance, I could feel the direct heat from it. Not only that it lights up the place, but he also doesn't seem bothered by the heat. Only I am.

"Are you here to turn me in. You're the only one who've walked into my hiding territory." He spoke, his mask muffled his deep voice.

"Nahh, I'm more of a hunter than a capturer." I pointed my axe at him. "I'm an Ace Predator from the Lunar Light office. I'm Suki! Here to murder you!"

"Never heard of you. But you have killing intent for me. Since it's you alone, I might have a breeze fighting a nobody like you. My blaze rogue weapon trusts me." He jumped off the balcony metal rail and heavily landed down at the ground. A burst of heat waved toward my body! EnNn!
