Hello everyone, it has been a while. How are you all doing? I hope you're all doing well.
I know I promised I'm going to post the new chapter, but unfortunately, I have bad news. As much as I hate to say it, I am going to discontinue this story.
Don't get me wrong, I still have some great ideas and I would love to continue. However, there are reasons why I couldn't:
1. I am no longer in the fandom. Ever since I distanced away from writing the story, I slowly lost interest along with the fandom. It is hard for me to continue writing to something I've lost interested.
2. I am an adult. I first started writing this fanfiction when I was 18, which was last year. I thought it was cool to do so until I began thinking about it a few days ago. I started to grow uncomfortable whenever I forced myself to continue this story. Think about it, me, a 19-year-old, writing a self-insert fanfiction about myself/readers being with a 10-year-old child. Even if I age Mono up, it still feels wrong.
I know many of you love this story, but I hope you can forgive me and understand. Nonetheless, I didn't want to leave you all like this, especially when the story stopped right after you and Mono met. That is why I'm going to start a Q and A. I know most of you have questions about the story, and since I won't be continuing it I might as well answer them.
You can ask them here, it could be any question related to the story; It can be about characters' relationships, backstories, etc. I am going to answer them within a week, so start asking right away.
