Your P.O.V

You woke up with a start and noticed that there was no Sebastian forcing you awake by opening the curtains. You marched up to the window and shoved the (E/C) curtains apart, but what you were not expecting, was the light shining through and blinding you, since you usually woke up at the crack of dawn. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" you shouted as you shielded your eyes and stumbled backwards, falling on your arse. You stood up and massaged your butt, you squinted as your eyes adjusted to the light. When you could finally see properly you saw a beautiful (E/C) knee length dress with poofy sleeves and a (E/C) bow around the waist. There were white stockings and black flats next to it. How... Childish? You thought as you stared at this dress. You put it on and noticed how pretty you looked in it. You put on the stockings and the flats and stood up to admire yourself in the full length mirror. You giggled and twirled around like a princess, clutching the sides of the skirt. You went to the mirror, tied your hair on pigtails and applied a small amount of make up, completing your 'childish' look. You noticed a little (E/C) cone hat on the ground, with (E/C) ribbons hanging down from the top of the hat. You put it on and placed the string under your chin, securing it in place. You laughed at how dodgy you looked and decided to tilt the hat on an angle. "SO KAWAII!" you shouted and giggled, placing your hands under your chin and pulling an innocent face. You burst through the door, jumping and having fun when you noticed a piece of Funtom candy on the ground. You picked it up and popped it in your mouth. You giggled, grinned and said "Delicious! Today is totally my day" you skipped down the hall but noticed another piece of Funtom candy. You picked up the strawberry lollipop, unwrapped it and sucked on it. You kept walking through the halls, following the trail and picking up Funtom sweets. "I'm gonna get so fat" you joked, giggling and twirling around. Suddenly, the trail stopped, and you realized that no one else was here. You felt sad and lonely as you slumped to the ground, your back against the wall and your knees against your chest. You don't know why, but tears rolled down your cheeks as you looked down the empty hallway, hearing no Finny playing with Pluto, no Mey-Rin breaking the china, no Bard blowing up the kitchen, no Tanaka sipping his tea, no Ciel yelling for cake, and, most of all, no Sebastian by your side, comforting you. You let your head fall back and hit the wall as you dozed off into a dreamless sleep.

Sebastian's P.O.V

We all waited in the ballroom, ready to shout "SURPRISE!" when (Y/N) walked in the door. But she didn't show and after a few minutes I got worried. What if something happened to her?! I looked at Ciel, who was currently staring at my worried face. He sighed and signaled for Tanaka. Tanaka, who was now in his normal state, got on one knee and allowed Ciel to whisper in his ear. He stood up and bowed before leaving the room. I was about to question Ciel but he shook his head and I sat in a chair at the long table. Elizabeth and Paula, her maid, were sitting in a corner and chatting with Mey-Rin. Finny and Bard were discussing whatever human men talk about in their spare time together. I decided to check that everything was set and ready, before returning to my hiding place.

Ciel's P.O.V

Sebastian was getting worried and I don't blame him. Where the hell is she?! I thought, just as the door opened and Tanaka walked in, carrying a sleeping (Y/N) in his arms. Everyone smiled at how cute she looked sleeping like a little kitten. She sleepily groaned and her eyes fluttered open as everyone jumped up and screamed "Surprise!!" She jolted and fell out of Tanaka's arms, only to land on a cushion that had somehow appeared there. I smirked at the thought of Sebastian running like a gingerbread man just to break her fall. Not like she was going to injure herself anyway. She stood up and smiled as everyone rushed to her, hugging her and wishing her a happy birthday. "I completely forgot" she said happily and spinning around with Elizabeth. I chuckled and pulled the chair out at the end of the table, gesturing for her to sit. She sat and I pushed the chair in. I proceeded to sit next to her while everyone else sat in their places. The chair on the other side of her was empty and she was about to point this out when Sebastian walked in, pushing a cart with a massive (F/C) (FAV CAKE FUCK YEEEAH) cake with (E/C) icing. It was at least six layers high with a mini figure of (Y/N) dancing with Sebastian on the top. The sides of all the layers had different coloured, edible roses except the bottom layer, which had 'Happy Birthday, (Y/N)!' In (E/C) icing. It was a truly magnificent cake and when she saw it she gasped and blushed. She laughed and smiled brightly as we all sang the happy birthday song, while Sebastian lit the candles surrounding the mini figures. When we all finished singing we clapped and she shut her eyes, making a wish. She blew out all the candles and, before Sebastian could get a knife, she took a massive bite out of the top layer, covering her face with cake and icing. We all laughed as she finished her bite and let Sebastian cut the cake, giving her the entire top layer for herself.
