Right next to you ? !MIKEY X FEM READER!

Y/n was waiting for the traffic lights to turn red so she can walk across the road but Y/n had a bad feeling. Y/n normally got nervous at times so she thought it was just that. Y/n fidgeted with her scarf while looking at the other side of the road.

When the traffic light turned red and Y/n could walk safely across the road a car suddenly ran at full speed towards Y/n.

"Y/N!!" Mikey shouted on the other side of the road. Strangers were screaming in fear and were in shock. Y/n got hit by the car badly while the car crashed into a building. Mikey ran to Y/n immediately with tears in his eyes.

Mikey sat next to Y/n's bloodied body, her eyes showed no life. "Y/n..please respond!" Mikey shouted while holding her hand with tears streaming his face. "M....ikey...?" Y/n whispered ever so slightly. "Yes! It is me! Please stay awake until the ambulance arrive! Please Y/n." Mikey's grip on Y/n's hand tightened.

"Th....ank y.....ou." Y/n whispered. A flash of Mikey with his blonde hair in his signature hairstyle flashed in her sight. "You were here..." Y/n thought with a smile before darkness took over her. "Y/n?!" Mikey shook Y/n. "Y/N!" Mikey cried.

"Miss L/n's status of her being alive or dead are uncertain. At the moment she only has a slow heart beat slowly decreasing but it's unlikely for her to wake up. You can say whatever you want to her. We think that she will die soon." The docter informed Mikey.

Mikey nodded before entering Y/n's room. Her eyes were closed and she was lying on the the bed peacefully. Mikey hugged Y/n before tears started to blind his eyes again.

"Y/n...it's really the Mikey you know. I'm sorry I haven't told you sooner but I'm sorry for never saying anything. I love you a lot too. I wanted us to be together happily. But things could've been different if I said something sooner....but...nothing would've changed! Maybe if I stayed with you! Maybe things could've been different." Mikey explained with a shaky voice.

"Please try to wake up? I want to live the rest of my life with you. So please...try to wake up." Mikey sobbed.

"We are deeply sorry. Y/n L/n has died. You may go see her." The docter announced. Mikey was in shock and disbelief while Kakucho tried to comfort Mikey. Mikey walked into Y/n's room before hugging her tightly. "Im sorry. Im sorry! I want you to come back! Please....you know I can't lose anyone else anymore! Y/n.." Mikey looked at her face in sorrow.

"I want to thank you for everything! And I haven't done anything good for you! So please...at least tell me what you want.." Mikey no longer felt he could cry anymore.
