"Fight fire with fire dun nuh nuhn." You mumbled the lyrics, turning into your school. "The ending is near." You parked your car then swiftly grabbed your lighter with the small design of a flame at the bottom.

You cupped your hand over the end of the cigarette and lit it. You shoved the lighter into your leather jackets pocket before intaking a deep inhale of the fumes from the cigarette.

You exhaled through your nose while the cigarette was wedged between your lips. You took your sunglasses off and chucked them onto the passenger seat.

You plucked the cigarette from your lips then searched for your cherry lipgloss and applied a coating of that to your lips and also pocketed that.

You opened the car door and climbed out, sticking the cigarette back between your lips and letting it remain there.

Your whole posse and Carol walked over to you.

"You know, if you keep smoking you could like die." Vicki said.

"I'm well aware." You said after extracting the cancer stick.

"I think it's cool." Tina said, siding with you if there was an argument.

"Thanks." You mumbled to her. She gave you a brief smile.

"But like, can we have a moment to talk about Steve real quick." Tina spoke.

Carol let out a loud groan. "Ugh, he's so boring. Stuck up with that Nancy bitch. She sucked the life out of him."

"Quite literally." Nicole giggled. "Remember last year at Steve's?"

"She was such a loud slut, oh oh Steve harder!" She imitated Nancy "moaning" while thrusting her hips into her hands.

You rolled your eyes. "Like you're innocent yourself Carol, we all know you were having sex with Tommy at Nicole's yesterday." You said before taking another hit of your cigarette and rested your back on your car.

"What?" Nicole said disgusted.

"I swear it wasn't like that. I needed to pee and was looking for the bathroom and when I did he went in with me so—." She tried to explain.

"Didn't you do it on Nicoles bed?" You tilted your head, feigning innocence.

"What the actual fuck, that's so gross." Nicole said.

"Yeah." Vicki spoke during all this. Tina nodded as well

"Ugh so what if I did?" Carol through her hands up and walked away.

"Shit you think so?" They nodded. "Yeah okay..." You took out the pack of Marlboro Reds from your jeans and grabbed another cigarette and placed it behind your ear.

"Sure I'll g—." You got cut off by the purr of a loud car engine. Almost everyone looked to see a blue Camaro pulling into the school gates. The number plate was a dark blue instead of the white.
