Backstory: Ryuuske Kanika was a very kind boy when he was little raised mostly by his father as his mother had gone missing after he turned one, hus father would always say his mother was far away fighting bad guys and keeping him safe, Ryuuske was very proud to hear that until after he got his quirk, one of his teachers assistants let it slip that his mother was missing thinking the boy wasn't listening, so he continued to listen until the other one said something that made his blood run cold "well would you wanna raise that monster? I think she left" something about her choice of word made him snap and Ryuuske gave her the coldest glare the two aids had ever seen out of him and another kid upon hearing this started a rumor that Ryuuske's mum left because of him even his friends, he lost his trust in his friends, and his teachers, going home later that day he confronted his father and the man's expression turned cold "Who told you that Ryuuske!?" His father had never sounded that angry and instead of telling him she hadn't his father stormed out the door to go ask the school for the name of the person who had let his child know his mother was missing, Ryuu who hasn't been told it wasn't his fault but been ignored by his father didn't know what to think until one day he caught his father sneaking back into the house a few minutes before the police drove by, he found out his father was a villain but was too scared to do anything after his last year 'talk' with his father and instead snuck back upstairs the mask his father wore now imprinted into his brain, Ryuuske had only been bullied worse and after his father had 'secretly' been wounded on a mission, had been neglecting the child as well, Ryuuske lost trust in others but hid that behind a cold demeanour and poker face, building up walls nobody had even seen let alone could've broke through
